I made an online appointment, which gives you priority over the walk-ins, so my wait time was 5 minutes at most. I was buying a new phone and trading in the old. Sam helped me and he was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and great at answering all of my questions. Best experience there yet! 👍🏻

Amber was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we walked in during our first and second trip to the store. She went above and beyond, treating us with respect and care and quickly and efficiently helping us get our issues resolved. Interacting with a person like Amber not only impacts the individual interaction, but can positively affect another person's entire day, which was the case for us. We want to acknowledge how much we appreciate how she showed up with us and how thankful we are for her help.

Carolina was so kind and greeted me so warmly. I felt to acknowledged, seen, and felt super optimistic about the visit. No less than five minutes Amanda assisted me in switching my service. And gave me all of the information needed to move forward.

I want AT&T to know those small gestures can make the difference in someone's day. I didn't have the most pleasant day, plus it was raining lol, but that great experience at AT&T made it seem like it was it was a sunny day for me. I will be sticking with AT&T for a very long time because of this in-store experience!

I just had a wonderful experience with Amanda Martinez, rock star at your store in Cedar Park. I came in for help with transferring my number out to another carrier, and left deciding on keeping AT&T cellular and adding other services. Please take good care of this rare talent!

Anna C was amazing. We went in to upgrade our phones and she was able to help us. We were able to transfer to our new phones with ease and she even helped put screen protectors on. Her customer service was 10/10

I absolutely am in love with my new Fold! Sam was there to help us trade in a few phones, showed us some accessories, added a line, and even assisted with moving all our data onto all our new devices. He made the whole thing super streamlined and easy. In and out no problem.

Cedar Park- Jackie was the absolute best person we have even come in contact with at ATT. She was kind, professional, and she help us save money on our plan, she also put us on the waitlist for fiber and we are definitely going to be switching back to att internet all because of Jackie!

Valerie was a smart "cookie" yesterday!! She tried to fix my phone and it just wouldn't work, nothing against her. However, she did convince me to get rid of my phone, which I was not going to do even with the problems I had with the phone. She was honest about which phone she would pick even though she was a iPhone owner. She made sure all my "info" was transferred over before we left. She was pleasant and a joy to work with.

Went into the cedar park store a week ago and saw Jevin Rosendoll, just trying to get some pricing for a new line and a phone for my wife. Jevin was the most helpful AT&T employee I think I’ve ever met. Personable, professional and very nice! So I got his card and he said anytime I wanna come in and get that phone or have any other questions to just call or text his number. Fast forward to a week later I only had a few hours to get what I needed done. Jevin worked me into his busy schedule, answered all of my questions, set me up with a brand new phone for my wife and a brand new JBL speaker! Cannot say enough about this gentleman! Outstanding worker and outstanding employee! Good help and great customer service is very hard to come by these days! And Jevin had both! Give my man a raise and some extra vacation days! Or at least a pizza party! Thanks again for the great service man! I’ll be back soon for a phone for me!

I dropped in quickly to the Cedar Park location to have the screen protector placed on my phone. Xavier was great! Applied the protector easily and took time to showed me how to change a few settings on my new phone. The customer service at this location is great!!

My rep, Robert, was very responsive, attentive and very eager to help. Robert, he, is very passionate and dedicated to going above and beyond his job expectations. He connects on a personal level first and then meets / exceeds customer expectations.
