Old Navy

This is a pretty good Old Navy. The employees were helpful and helped me during my visit. The selection is pretty good although (as a picky male) couldn’t find the right shorts for me. Probably an age thing since they cater to the younger crowd. Still have a good selection though. The only thing is that the wait to check out was kinda long. Lots of people shopping on a Sunday. I also ordered things online and didn’t have any issues returning them. They refunded my card with no issues. Overall A++

I rarely buy new clothes - I just love thrift stores but, fell in love with Old Navy overalls after buying them at a thrift store and had to have more. I've now been into the store a couple of times and have found the staff so helpful when it comes to returns or any customer service I just had to take a moment to leave a great review.

I wanted to hop on here to call out one all star employee (who I believe is the manager) MARLENA!!!! I was in a pinch and a hurry - she went above and beyond and was extremely nice and helpful. THANK YOU MARLENA! This old navy is the best!

The changing rooms and restrooms are always in good shape and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I have rarely had to stand in line for long and the curbside pickup services are a great perk too. This is a nice store to shop in.

I was seriously a mom on a mission looking for a particular dress that says it is sold out online and in stores but I just had to try! So I showed up 30 minutes before closing time and I am beyond satisfied with the customer service I received from a woman at cashier on checking a bin of returns (which she did not have to do) and found the dress I wanted! Aside from that great attitudes. :)

My favorite place for clothes. They have great clearance section (my kids are constantly out growing things). The staff is very helpful and always keeping the place neat and tidy. Dressing rooms are always clean. I just love this place!

I accidentally ordered the wrong pants online. I didn't realize until after Jordan helped me. She took me to where the pants should have been but none of what I wanted. She asked her manager Jessica to help me. Jessica found exactly what I wanted and ordered for me. What a wonderful experience!! These two were super!!

It is a clothing shop. Has friendly stuff. The place is nicely organised. It has access for the people that are using wheelchair. Nice children items variety. They also have a wide variety of items that is suitable for the whole family. Conviniently located next to book stores and coffee shop. Big parking lot that is never fully occupied. Enjoy your stay here.

Yay to cheap high quality jeans! I love Old Navy since I know I can always buy jeans for $30 that will fit well, look stylish, and last a long time. It seems like they almost always have some sort of sale going on too. If you have kids, they have a great kids section with adorable kids styles, and the way kids wear out their clothes its nice to not have to spend a fortune.

All the employees here are always do helpful and nice. This is the best old navy in the Austin area as far as selection and service.

Went in to pick out some new jeans and shorts. Couldn't be happier. Always love the quality and selection of Old Navy especially for the price.

This is a well organized old navy location.. wide and trendy variety and everyday deals .. this is my goto place for everyday wear..
