I love this store! The woman that work behind the counter is the sweetest and after today holds a special place in my heart! Any of those other reviews you hear is a complete fabrication of the truth! The store has a grand selection of items and even items that are gard ti track down like this Recess drink! They have ALL the flavors and the BANG keto coffees! I'll be coming back to this store again and again!

Professional great staff. Great products that actually work. I put on 10lbs of muscle. My favorite brand there is the body tech series. I like vitamin shoppe more then gnc. I'll spread the word to friends and family.

Great selection of amazing products. Prices are average or comparable to the prices found at other retailers. Good location. The thing that stands out the most to me about this Vitamin Shoppe in particular is the customer service provided by the employees. I live in North Austin so I don't get by there very often, but the few times I have stopped in I've had exceptional experiences with each visit. No pushy, annoying sales person following you around trying to convince you to buy something you "need", just pleasant, helpful, educated individuals who seem to genuinely care about their customers. If they don't have what you're looking for, they don't try to steer you in another direction. They will tell you whether or not they stock the item and are just out of it at that time, don't carry it at all, or if it may possibly be found at another location or on their website. In the event none of those apply, they don't hesitate to offer suggestions as to where they think might be a good place, or places, to check in the area. I love this store & highly recommend it to anyone looking for vitamins, supplements, all natural toiletries, essential oils, nutritional bars, etc. I would also like to add they always have items on sale and their clearance items are a steal, so make sure to check those out while you're in the store!

Great selection and always has what I need. The associates are always very nice and helpful when I have questions. It’s a good location as well. Close to a lot of things!

Brenda the owner of this shop was very helpful and friendly. They had a very large selection of everything I needed and could even special order certain items.
Highly recommend over GNC down the street which has very poor selection. 10/10 will be a loyal vitamin shopper customer.

The lady working this shop during my visit today was extremely knowledgeable, nice, personable.. the list goes on. I don't shop for vitamins often but I would return to this store in a heartbeat! Thanks for working during a pandemic and being such a kind person.

Excellent kind service. Products sold by and shipped by Amazon are price matched. You can save some serious money. They will also price match other health stores. Ask them for more info. Happy customer.

The Vitamin Shoppe on Brodie is great! As someone who is relatively new to supplements for athletes, understanding how and when to take the right kinds of supplements can be intimidating and confusing! The manager, Daniel, remembers you when you come in, and has always taken his time to answer any questions I have, in great detail, and doesn't mind repeating it, :-) Everyone there is very nice and helpful! This is where I will be getting all my supplements from now on!

Tried out this shoppe a few days ago for some Bucked Up drinks staff very knowledgeable and loved the experience they gave I got my drinks and was on my way also Bucked Up Blue Razz is amazing

Excellent products at great prices which you can get from friendly staff. It is my go to place for vitamins and supplements as well as healthy creams, lotions, shampoos and conditioners.
