Love Ross has everything that I look 4. Prices are are just right...especially decorative items

Managed to find a belt in my size, if you want a large selection of belts come here, the cashiers were friendly and respectful.

Got a new job that requires dressier office clothes and I'm on a budget! Found lots of slacks that were on sale and some blouses. Oh and those open sweaters for cold office work! But the best part y'all.... they're the only store open until 11pm!! Perfect non-rushed shopping for us late night folks! Enjoy!

I love this store, awesome prices and great selection of different types of merchandise. However it can get a little bit messy due to lack of staff working. Highly recommend this place to find great bargain deals at the fraction of the original cost.

Don't bother with a thrift store!. Great products and prices equal or less than Walmart. I got great dog toys,dog beds, bath rugs, shoes,slippers,backpack, heavy duty Oneida baking pan and cosmetic bag. The staff brought my purchases to the car because I am disabled.

Easy returns. Great prices fir shoes and clothing. Not much jewelry, purse or bathing suit selection but room for improvement. I like their furniture and household accessories, bedding, linen etc good prices! Just need more of the same products. Sometimes you are lucky to find 1 but want 2 matching or 3 but can’t ever find a pair of towels for ex.

My wife and I visited, looking for a mountable coat hanger. Ross stores are usually known for being kind of chaotic, appearance wise. This location wasn't that bad. They have large signs hanging above each section.

I think the chaotic part usually is around the Home section. Items are just anywhere and everywhere. So, you have to want to search if you're looking for somethings specific. It's not really a big deal, though. You can find some great deals here a lot of the time, I think.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They won't actively ask how you're doing, but are willing to help when you call them.

Big store with discount clothing, toys, furniture, luggage and shoes. Their prices are very reasonable and found alot of good quality items for gifting during holiday season!

Good brands can be found occasionally!
Excellent water bottles and thermos coffee cups can be found here.

It's a great place to get stuff for your pets, at really good prices

I was travelung and needed a short sleeve shirt, and found a nice one at a low price. Ross has been a useful store chain for many years. I definitely muss Stein Mart, as they had far more and better products, but you can sometimes find nice things at Ross.

Hot spot for men’s shoes, goofy shirts, clothes in general, and ray bans. This location is always quick even with a long line. Recommend any shopper trying to get a deal. I can’t speak on the women side for clothes but I always snag something decent

Their changing rooms are up front for the time being. We missed the nice back area ones.

I was only able to shop for about 30 min due to the stores hours but I can & will say the young lady working at the customer service counter tonight was THE NICEST PERSON I'VE EVER interacted with at this particular location. She was personable, friendly, down to earth, and pleasant. I wish she would move to a store in N Austin, RR, or CP. At the very least go spend some 1 on 1 time training other Ross employees, at the other stores located in the Austin area. I wish I could remember her name! Caucasian girl, possibly in her 30's, with brown hair. (Married & her car gave her problems on her way to work today. Husband is picking her up when she gets off around midnight.) ~~~~~ What did I tell you, "PERSONABLE". Connecting with your guests or customers is key! And of course, I didn't leave empty handed. What's new. Always some good finds at Ross!!!

Great stuff and super nice prices

I went to Ross for Less to shop for bedding, they have a great department. I got a really good new pillow, pillow cases and sheets. WONDERFUL selections. Several yrars ago I got curtains and towels there, very good purchases.

Who doesn't love Ross? Everytime I take my boyfriend here we leave with so many clothes. Sometimes the plus size can be limited but I can always find a good top or pair of jeans. The workers are nice and friendly and the checkout line can be long but it moves quickly which is nice. I always get one of their reusable bags! They are huge and only 99 cents!

One of my favorite seasonal shopping places. Always find something! Great prices! My biggest complaint is there is always a line at the checkout! Otherwise, I love this place!

This store is excellent, the name says it all you really get so much for less than so many other places.
