Whataburger

Whataburger is my favorite burger place in the world, let alone Austin. The staff are always super friendly and the food is unbeatable. The Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger is my preferred choice (highly recommend), but everything I've had there has been equally as good.

Tiara was so energetic and helpful, made lunch a little more uplifting. She was very attentive to everyone who came in and worked to get everything people needed as fast as she could. One of the best experiences at a whataburger. Great job Tiara

First at all.. this is my first time on this Whataburger located on Ben White and Manchaca St. And I really love it!!
After waiting for my turn on the drive thru..
The lady who took my order was so nice, friendly, fast, and professional...
When I got at the window, the guy who was dispatching did something. I got so surprised..
After he filled up my drink and lidded on HE STARTED TO CLEAN UP ALL THE SODA WAS OUT OF THE CUP!!!!
never on my life, nobody did that on a drive thru fast food window!!
That's a customer service passion 👏 👌 👍 😀!!

For real.. how many times someone who's not looking or waiting or expecting a tip do that ??

Parking: lots of parking spaces.
Customer service: EXCELLENT.. above and beyond!!

No lie this whataburger was and is still is a good place to eat and the people's that work there are really amazing and I'm sorry for trying to make them look bad because of my own personal reasons because that person work there who is actually a very hard worker when the time is needed and she always goes up and beyond to make the costumers are happy and their food is just like they wanted it. Stacy try to always have a smile on her face and try to put one on there's as well. So if you want great food and costumer service I recommend here yu can never go wrong oh and if you ho there at the right time you might see a free magic trick show...❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥

Tierra greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. She provided great customer service and made my day. Food was great and cooked to my likening.

The woman who was working the window was a delight; polite and smiling! The food was good and the service was quick.

Very impressed by the customer service while eating inside for lunch. Service is comparable to Chick-fil-A! Isaac taking orders is doing a great job.

Had a mega order on the day after Thanksgiving. Order was perfect and food was hot and well prepared. The burgers looked picture perfect.

Considering the entire computer system shut down the staff maintained their exemplary service with a smile and hot food to go with. Definitely a good team and great store. And to add a bonus onto my order the young lady passing my food off remembered my fork for my cinnamon roll. Thanks!!!!

Returned to Austin for a wedding after moving to Boston area years ago. Couldn't wait to have a whataburger and this place did not disappoint. Came here twice in 1 week, and could have come more. Im back home now and already miss it :(

Great place, came in when George was working the register and he greeted us warmly and gave us a rundown of menu and local favorites to try.

Prices were alright but the quality of the food was what made it worth it, burgers that held their shape, shakes that are so thick it puts dairy queen to shame, and fries that can be eaten without ketchup.

The workers greet you with delight and the food is always fresh and taste amazing

I enjoy coming here because they treat me, as a senior and disabled, very well. All the staff are very courteous and helpful with taking my food to my table or bringing my food out to me. This Whataburger is situated easily to get on and of Hwy 71. But the drive-thru can get crowded. They solved thatasking you to move up and over to the side and they then bring your food out to you. This keeps the drive-thru line moving and everyone gets hot food and on their way.

Great vibe when I walked in all the workers were smiling just looked like they were actually enjoying their time the woman who took my order was patient with me as I ordered breakfast at first not realizing they weren't doing breakfast at the time. She never wants looked irritated or gave the notion that I was being more than extra while I was trying to order. The store was very clean as was the restrooms. My food came quickly and was perfect.

Take out. Food warm . Hot coffee , very nice. Customer Service very good. Attention and was Acknowledged with a Good Morning.

I didn't order anything was picking up a order but they was on point I wish I would of got all they names but baby I give all y'all a hand clap y'all handled everything very well and I hope the people from this shift could see this review keep y'all doing y'all thing and the manager was on point to so I really do recommend this location if u off Ben white

I came to visit Austin from FL with friends from NY and CA. The moment we walked in we received probably the best customer service from any chain on this level. Anthony took our order and was friendly, patient and helpful and gave the dope suggestion on trying the banana pudding shake (a must). The food came and we were blown away by how much it looked like it came out of an advertisement. It was perfectly constructed and tasted awesome. On top of that the manager came by twice to check on us. The food and service was A+ and the place was crazy clean. We all recommend the Whataburger @ 1908 W Ben White. If this is the level set for this chain all others are in serious trouble.
