Gabe is fabulous and takes care of the customers!! Processed an easy return for me that even customer service had difficulty with. Lucky to have such a talented team member.

Great store and staff ☺ witnessed loss prevention approach a shop lifter and I must say very patient broad and explanatory. Straight to the point way to go Lp,. don't know the Gentlemans name although he deserves 50 stars for being on top of it. 😉

Found some great socks and a pair of Lucky jeans👖 here today at a great price! The shoe selection is pretty good too. This place is not easy to see from traffic but there is signage. There is good parking. Men's and women's clothes, 🕶sunglasses, 👞👟👠👡shoes, underclothes, and fragrances. This location is in a good strip mall and is one of a ton of good stores. There's World Market, Barnes and Nobles, Old Navy, and eateries nearby including La Madeline's.

They have like 4 to 5 cashier's you don't need to wait in line. They will check you out really fast.

I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack... I find favorites with a discounted prices.

The staff here is super helpful. I always buy my sunglasses at NR, and only the staffs here are willing to spend time on finding me a case that matches.

You can always get surprised here, just like today I got one pair of ugg winter ankle boots just 15 dollars. Just keep watching and searching, you will find your deal.

Can usually find something close enough to respectable there

is pretty overwhelming for me to come into a store that's not very organized, round racks everywhere with clothes hanging not very well on the racks, all different signs of sale prices. You can definitely find what you're looking for if you take the time and go through the racks and shelves.

Why should you only frequent this Nordstrom Rack location in Austin? Well, if you value that figure in your bank account and are missing and needing to immerse yourself in that, "we care about our customers," feeling again then this IS your spot. I found the most luxurious, soft, beautiful blanket posing as a tree skirt (of all things) without a visible price. Creatively thinking I could make this work for the bosses who run our household, our pets, I set out to find someone to help. Perhaps most of us have felt the ramifications from the last couple years with businesses being short-staffed, which I try to be more cognisant of but still find myself proceeding with caution if I cannot figure it out myself. Look no further than Mia on the Floor Team and Angelina L., the Assistant Manager, who went way above and beyond their "customer service" attributes to assist me. They were both kind, patient, attentive and efficient which completely made my day and I would have paid so much more than what I did to experience that level of kindness again. Thank you Mia and Angelina, our pets love their new "blankets!"

I forgot how amazing this place is. They have a great selection and some great prices. Bought a few new things and in love with them all.
Bonus! The staff were all very lovely.

A good shopping experience. Not a long wait in check out line bc there were about 6 cashiers. A nice informative lady helped me with jewelry in case and told me of Clear The Rack sale coming up. Always good sale items to be had.

Variety is extense and selection is nice

This store is great and it’s my girlfriends favorite but because of this reason I am pleading for the love of god and all that is holy, put some chairs in your store. Do it for the fallen partners who find an empty corner and lean against the wall not knowing when the will be released from the bargain trap that is your store.

I love shopping here for shoes and intimate wear! They have best best selection of women's and men's shoes! I bought some summer sandals that were 60 percent off! I paid 30.00!

High-end cloths at low price. Not big inventory, but you can find good deals on what they have in the store.
