Cavender's Boot City

This is a good Cavender’s! It’s very well organized and has so many clothing options. The shoe department is a bit smaller than other stores but it still had good selections. Employees were helpful when I was looking for a certain size. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Parking is a free lot right outside the store.

As a visitor from the UK to the lone star state I thought I should buy the appropriate headwear. The staff member who assisted me, dale, was knowledgeable and courteous and I came away a satisfied customer with a perfectly fitting Atwood Swenson at a very reasonable price.

Cavenders has the finest south western clothes. Men’s & ladies awesome authentic Texas options. Both sexy & affordable. Ya can’t visit austin without a pair of jeans from Cavenders! Don’t get caught with (out) ur Cavenders pants down at the Austin rodeo😁😁

Went to the one at the Putlet Mall then the location in South Austin... night and day the one in South Austin had better selection and the sales person was more knowledgeable. Both are great but we liked Austin location better. My husband loves his boots. Thank you.

What a fun place with so many interesting and pretty things!

Lots of staff to help find what you are looking for ..there was a discount and cashier didn't even know about it so i had to go in and get money back ..maybe more communication would make this store even greater!!

We all gotta love Cavenders, it’ reminds me of my childhood and of my step dad he was a big cowboy, I’m glad there still around I love this place , feels so cozy and there always helping .

Here the other day with friends from out of town looking to buy their first cowboy hats. Jesse was so patient with all our questions. He taught us everything one should know about cowboy hats and helped us find brands that were a good fit for us. Wow! You don’t get service like that anymore. Thank you so much Jesse, we not only learned so much, but everyone loves their hats. They looked even better once we stepped out into the sun.

Cavender's Boot City is a boot mega Warehouse along with all sorts of Western wear and accoutrements. It is a huge store full of really great stuff. It has many different major and specialized boot manufacturers, belts, buckles, hats and everything else you can think of western wear.

They have sizes for the smallest cowboys and cowgirls all the way up to the largest steer wrestlers! It is truly a store that represents Texas and what it conjures in many people's minds. A very large store, with lots of merchandise and an unbelievable amount of visual stimulation as you walk around.

There is always a good staff there and the most important part, finding boots that fit and will make you happy for a long long time is what they do best. They also recommend all the stuff you will need to care for your new prized possessions. They also have a great line of everyday working boots and walk around boots. It's important to understand that in Texas we have our dress boots, work boots and workout boots! I'm joking a little bit about the workout boots. But there are boots that have rubber heels with shock absorbing and all sorts of anatomically and orthopedically friendly wear experience.

Anyway be sure to go to Cavenders if you're looking for boots or anything western wear / Texan apparel. You'll be amazed!

Lots to look at, but found what I wanted at an agreeable price. A patient, very knowledgable, low pressure sales assistant added to the experience.
