I am very grateful that there is still a store like this left where you can take the grandkids and try on many different outfits and visualize different possibilities and costume ideas with the whole family.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and seems to enjoy what they do.

They have a lot of different party items for different times of the year also and it's always good to get a recommendation on some cool ideas that you might not have seen or thought of before.

I had about 1 million questions about balloons for an upcoming event and Stephanie tirelessly and happily tracked down the information. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been there several times in the past few months. The assistants on the weekends and evenings are so awesome!! They have gone the extra mile for me by staying later just to help me when the store was closed. They also blew up balloons for me personally to help me for my event when I did not order that and it was on their time. They are also friendly, welcoming, and responsive at the counters when they are swamped. Thank you for such a great team!! It makes it so worth it to me to go there.

An incredibly selection of Halloween goods. My husband and I ran in there super last minute and the staff was friendly, helpful and they had a ton of Options for costumes!

The checkout line was incredibly long and they were well staffed to help it go fast!

Visited the store for decoration items for an event. Staff helped in picking up items and the check out process was very quick.
They also sell seasonal items during spring and Halloween time as well.

Amanda was so so nice and helpful!. I asked if she could get the gender reveal cannons to do a gender reveal for my family on FaceTime. She didn't hesitate to help! Unlike another employee, she's So kind!!! Very good customer service. Thank you Amanda I hope you get recognition at work!

This is our go to location for all our party supplies. With three kids who have all different personalities we need a place with lots of different options. They are always stocked with our needs. Also the customer service has always been great.

My cashier Amber was amazing ! She had a lot of patience and and positive energy the whole check out process was great and friendly !

I ran in for a quick balloon purchase for my friends event; which was about to start!
I asked if they had the theme he needed. They did. They had 5 helium balloons blown up in no time, and bagged so I could drive!
While I waited I shopped for cute things for my grandkids. Social distancing and masks or can't go in. I approve. Parking available.

When I got in there I asked the staff if they can help me to pick out some stuff to decorate my cubicle at work and they showed me where all the related items would be, and all the possibilities for space that small and what would work and I ended up going with a really good selection of Bat stuff because that's the home town theme. Anyway nice experience!

My husband and my son enjoyed their wide assortment of party items. We got a 1st birthday customizable banner for our son. Staff was very helpful! We will be back for other parties

I've been going to Party City for years. The Balconies, parmer, and sunset valley spots are by far the best. Stocked, helpful, and clean. They have everything you need. Halloween year around, check!
