Had such a good experience at this Lowe’s on a Sunday. Bill, in the lock/key area, clearly knew his stuff, handled customers with ease, and worked with us patiently to find a replacement for our front door hardware. Super-helpful and made it 10x worthwhile to visit the store (who knew you could program the lock to your existing key?).

Today and requested help. Dominique S. came to assist me. She was extremely knowledgeable and here willingness to help me was absolutely great. So often the associates in the store have limited knowledge. She was awesome and a very pleasant person! Thanks Lowe’s and Dominique!

I just had a fantastic experience at the Lowe’s in Sunset Valley, Texas. I made an impulse decision to buy a fountain for the birds. The supervisor in the garden section helped me get one down from the highest shelf, made sure the pump and other equipment was with it and loaded it into my car. He was kind enough to give me a discount because it was a display. Also because it was not in the box, he opened up a separate box that did not have a fountain, but actually had the pump this one needed! That saved me so much trouble. Plus, I really appreciated the discount because it’s expensive, at least for me. I just set it up and the water is flowing. Hopefully the birds, squirrels, and Other wildlife will enjoy it. A great investment and a great company and a great employee.

Always cleaned and stocked! Countless staff eager to help you out. Usually just stop in to day dream of tools, and their demos are top notch. The garden area is quite dreamy too!

Whomever manages this store does an excellent job. The employees are very helpful, friendly and more than courteous. I really appreciate how they treat us seniors.

See yesterday's Lowe's (Stassney/I-35) review. Today I went to the Lowe's on Brodie Lane. Wow! What a difference. Shoppers everywhere and employees had time to be friendly. The guy that helped me was pleasant and mixed my paint with a smile.

My friend and I were changing my car battery in the Lowes parking lot. We needed tools and went there to get some wrenches. We were having trouble, and my car wasn’t starting. And then Jim came out after his shift, and he helped us. He told us how to fix the problem and recommended some wire brushes to take the corrosion off my terminals. He’s the best. Thank you Jim!

Samuel at the pro desk has been super helpful in navigating our bulk purchase. The lowe’s system does not make it easy but Samuel navigated it like a champ. With the assist from Victoria Randy and Larry. Thanks y’all!

I had started a job with buying 2 lattice fence for my patio and I bought two from the other Lowe’s from south east. Turned out! I needed three and Lowe’s on Southeast didn’t have any more out of stock. I call to the store on Brody and I spoke to Wendy. I told her how important it was for me to get a lattice fence from there because I was at work and couldn’t get it at that moment. I asked her if she could put one up because I think they only had like 9 left and she was real sweet and saved it for me till I got off work at 4:30 to go pick it up. She even tide it down because I asked her to. Very sweet lady we need more people like her to work in stores dealing with people. Thank you Wendy again for all your help to complete the job that I started on for my patio!! you’re the best.!!

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot, thanks to Hailey and Esma( hope I spelled their names right). Despite the sweltering 100-degree heat, they went above and beyond to assist me in disassembling my new grill so it would fit in my car. They worked tirelessly for about 30 minutes, displaying remarkable dedication and exceptional customer service. I'm truly grateful for their efforts in helping me. This Lowes Garden Center on Brodie Lane in Austin is expansive. Lots of herbs, flowers and vegetable plants to choose from.

For $20, buy something that wakes your family if your house is burning down. Or get a dependable extinguisher so you can stop the flames before they get out of control. But why choose? Get both for only $40.

I went to Lowe’s this weekend looking for grass seed and flowers to plant in the gardening section. Wendy walked me through every section and helped me find everything I needed, and explained everything i needed to do to take care of my yard. Best service and Susan rang me up and was so helpful!
