AT&T Store

My expectations were actually better than expected. The servic tech was very polite, came over introduced himself, as well as shook my hand before and after services were done. I was very impressed. Also, I'd like to add, the other associates were very polite and accommodating as I was waiting in store for completion. I also thought the environment was very inviting as well as the view from the location. Everything was clean and comfortable to be in for the wait. Please acknowledge these employees on their outstanding customer service.

I was helped immediately upon entering the store. Rudy was courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable. Not only did he get me set up with a new iPhone quickly and efficiently, he got me set-up with a new plan, as mine was pretty outdated. Replacing a lost/stolen phone is usually a hassle, but Rudy at the St Charles store made quick work of it and I left with a smile on my face. Great job!

Great service. I was politely greeted at the door, and the Tech person was one of the greeters. Man, he knows his stuff! He was pleasant and talked to me in laymen's terms. He helped me with my problem & I was out of there lol. EVERYBODY at this place was friendly and attentive.

Patrick was extremely helpful and transparent. Helped get me setup with new phone in what felt like less than 45 mins.

The Tech, Ricky, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He patiently answered all of my questions. The repair was quick and my phone works great!

I’ve gone here on multiple occasions to either upgrade my phone or replace accessories, such as cases or tempered glass. Each time I have received top notch customer service. During my most recent visit, Toni helped me upgrade to a new phone & return my old one for a great payment deal. I will continue to come to this location for all my phone needs & spread the word about how great the experiences are here!

My husband my brother and myself visited your store and James was absolutely wonderful. He kept us entertained. Educated us on service and products. We couldn’t of had a better sales guy. Would definitely recommend this location and James.

Ty at AT&T always go above and beyond for her customers. She is very knowledgeable about the products. She gives excellent customer service. Jason the manager was very helpful as well. He checked to make sure every customer was satisfied with the services they received. Jason helped me with my billing questions without hesitation. If you want excellent and quality service I recommend the AT&T located on St. Charles St.

I had just arrived in town from Kentucky. I had lost signal on my phone and was beginning to panic as I don’t know my way around the city and I had to pick up a friend from the airport in 45 minutes. I happened to come upon an AT&T store. I was getting out of my car to go in when I was informed by a gentleman in the parking lot that the store was closed and would reopen at 9 am in the morning. As it turns out, Bryan is an employee of AT&T. Even though he was off the clock and headed home, he was kind enough to help reset my phone. Thank you for the assistance Bryan. It was very appreciated.

Walking in, I immediately was comfortable. The environment was kind and professional.

Damian was a great help. I'm extremely satisfied with my 11 Pro Max and My new IPad purchase. His knowledge was spot on. He allowed me to expire my options with no pressure. Idk who our second assistant was but she was GURU. Her demeanor was kind and welcoming.

Ms. Tye Brooks has a smile that's appreciative and trusting. She has a welcoming spirit.

Had a great experience out of a potentially disastrous one. Damian helped me figure out why my number wasn't porting over from Straight Talk and got my phone to me on time even during hurricane Zeta recovery craziness. He was super personable and knowledgeable. After dealing with awful service at Straight Talk for years, he made me glad I switched!
