The employees are very friendly and respectful I love them all

I usually don't rate the pharmacy but after going to a couple other locations this day and the horrible service I received (another review for another day) it's only right I acknowledge the good.

I am giving the pharmacy 5 stars because of my experience with the tech I dealt with on the 10.11.22, Alaina (hope I'm spelling it right). I called prior to going to the store and she checked the medication for me. She communicated clearly and respectfully. When my script wasn't ready, she kindly asked me to pull to the side for a few minutes. We need more kind individuals like her. Thank you so much

One of the problems is the people begging outside, But they do have a security guard now,and they are trying to get a grip on all of the people coming in the store stealing and I do mean stealing they grab just about anything and just walk out the store like it ain't a problem and before recently even the store workers never cared I've seen a couple of the workers loading their cars with goods as well

I called this store’s pharmacy while having a dilemma with not receiving my Walgreens rapid test from a store out of town. I was unable to go back to the original store or retrieve my results, and the only thing standing between myself and the cruise ship for our honeymoon were those results! The pharmacy manager there (I believe her name started with J) was very helpful in finding the results from the other store and had them printed and ready for me when I got the the store. Life saver!

The rest of the store was cleaned, stocked, and associates were friendly greeting us as we came and saying thank you as we left.

I went in at midnight after my infant thermometer broke. The store is well lit with security and is well stocked. I had my choice of thermometers and childrens/infant medication. The staff was sweet and understanding and non-judgmental about my appearance and demeanor. Thank you so much for being open, welcoming, and helpful!

Have been here to get flu shots and now my Covid 19 vaccine. Maria and Kevin are super smooth with needles on top of being really nice and actually caring. They will take the time to listen to their customers and help as much as they can.
The register clerks are also nice and very patient.
Pharmacy is open late and the store is open 24/7, usually has what I need in stock.

I am so grateful for the conveince and location of this Walgreens. I live in Metairie and have used CVS in the past, they may be close to my home, but they have difficult hours for those who work nights, and are often out of my medication for weeks at a time. This Walgreens is close to my job, open late enough for me to pick up after the night shift, and I have NEVER had any problems filling. Last night, Chris, was able to correct an oversight made by my physician and satisfy my insurance to get me my medication at 11:00pm. What other pharmacy in the city would be willing to do that?

I shop there. It’s a very nice store to shop it and I get my medicine there a Walgreens is a very nice pharmacy.

This place and the surroundings can be pretty sketchy but I still give it 5 stars because the pharmacy and staff there are good and it is open 24 hours. There is fast turnaround. Service is average to above average in the remainder. The location is convenient for a 24 hour store.

I had a ton of drug interaction questions for the pharmacist in the middle of the night, I called this locations as it was one of the only 24-hour pharmacies open. She was extremely patient and kind and have me piece of mind just when I needed it. Amazing, above and beyond service.

I had been using a different store location for over 1.5 years due to where I lived. I AM SO GLAD I started coming to THIS 24 hour Walgreens on St.Charles and Felicity! COMPLETELY DIFFERENT experience! I NO LONGER feel I was being discriminated or not welcome by these AMAZING EMPLOYEES, esp in the Pharmacy dept! They are true PROFESSIONALS, and actually practice INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, and HIGHLY EFFICIENT! I would like to specifically recognize the Pharmacist Mr.Kevin C. And Ms.Brittney S., who CONSISTENTLY demonstrate NOTHING but the BEST QUALITY of customer care and work ethic! THANK Y'ALL for going above and beyond! It is EMPLOYEES like YOU that DESERVE recognition!

I've been coming to this Walgreens almost every day for over two years now and it's pretty dang convenient. The staff is always really friendly and they do the best they can to have as many registers open as they can when it gets busy. Love Ms.Tasha too!

Called to fill my prescriptions and they were super helpful. Took the time to double check my costs.

Had everything I needed that I'd left at home. Great place to stock up on snacks and other supplies. Also, I love that they were often playing Toccata and Fugue just outside at night. Really made the atmosphere something interesting.

I was well welcomed by all who worked there...seen by pharmacist promptly and well assisted. Wide Isles and easy access to all products, quick and easy check out.

My go to drug store it is clean and well stocked even when crowded always get thru register pretty quick - big plus is there are alot of food items

Pharmacist at this location is very rude!! Employees working the register where friendly and willing to help!!! Pharmacist needs to learn how to talk to customers!!!! Hopefully Walgreens management will address this issue!!! Until that happens I will not use this pharmacy location again!!!

I travel to the New Orleans area at least once a year and I access this Walgreens. First, because it is open 24 hours and second, because of the smooth transition from MN to New Orleans, and thirdly because of the friendly staff.

They have just about everything you want. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pharmacists go above and beyond. Truly amazing experience!

I love Walgreens and this Walgreens is the best I’ve ever been to. It’s huge they have everything your heart could desire even unicorns and the staff are so awesome.
