Ppl there are very cool and friendly. They definitely have some heat . Give them a try. I would like to say for all those out there talk that shhh about these group of guys and how they low ball you this that and the other I guess you obviously don’t truly see other YouTubers , resell stores , across the USA . They don’t force you to take what you bring in. I literally sold shoes to them and they didn’t triple up the price so to say they low ball and abuse the game as one says you don’t know much about much . Maybe this is not your level. Stay in the retail life but you not gonna have what you really want . So I stand up for Countdown. I too had the same feelings from the time they were at the other location but I have done a few Sneaker Cons and spent hours researching so I know what I’m talking about .

Prices are extremely fair. This place is definitely for the community, they’re always promoting their business and always willing to make their customers have such an amazing experience. If you haven’t shopped with CountDownUSA, then what are you waiting for, GO OUT SUPPORT THE BEST SNEAKER SHOP IN ALL OF SAN ANTONIO. You won’t find amazing and respectful customer service anywhere else. It’s a Veteran Owned Business at that. This place will always have my support.

Made a mistake with my kicks and had to pick up a pair in San Antonio. Looked up a couple places, checked out two and landed at Countdown 3rd. We laughed at my dilemma and I told them I wasn’t looking to spend a lot. They went in the back and found a couple pairs that were too expensive and then ended up landing on the ones in the photo. They happened to be the same pair I was scoping online 2 hours earlier. And I got them below retail & resell. The guys were really attentive and we had a great convo. Thanks for your help, I’ll def be back!

Love everything about Countdown SA! The employees are real genuine people who give great customer service and try to go that extra mile for the customers. I’ve now bought 3 pairs of shoes from them and I’ll say it’s only the beginning! From first watching them online on instagram and YouTube to then seeing it in person I can say nothing but the best. #1 shop in SA.

There is no better sneaker store in San Antonio in my opinion. I love the personal connection this store makes with each of their costumers, making it impossible not to return. Every time I come in contact with them, they know my size and already know what interest me. Highly recommend and will always shop CDSA!

Went in yesterday cuz my boy needed some shoes for school. This place is great for all kinds of shoes u can’t find just anywhere. Customer service was awesome and helpful. Walked out with 2 pairs for my boy. Definitely will shop here again.

Literally some of the most stand up group of people my family and I have been fortunate to do business with! Each and everytime we walk in (even at the old store) we are always greeted with the upmost respect🙌 people need to keep in mind that shoes are like stocks and will be up and times and the next day be down. Countdown SA exceeded my expectations! Friendly staff showing me different options of shoes depending on my style, definitely going again very soon!

I have a secret obsession with sneakers, well all footwear really. Im older now and just trying to stay relevant lol !!! I had been looking for a few pair recently, tried the brand lottery but no luck. Seen some on stockx and goat but I am always hesitant because with my luck I’ll end up with a high quality fake. I had reached out to Countdown in DMs a few times and always felt the response was quick and gave me the answers I needed even if it was that they didn’t have what I was looking for. At the time it was shoes for my husband which is a size 14. No surprise to us not a popular size even in general retail. About a month ago finally made our way out to Countdown because my husband wanted to check out the hat pins. He has a new found love for the HatDrip. Hatplugtx did not disappoint. As for me it was basically meant to be. As soon as I walked in I spotted a pair I had been wanting, Golden Gal, in-my-size! It was honestly an easy sell. Was it over priced, yes! BUT I get it. You don’t walk in to a place like this with out expecting to dish out. It’s a business and That’s how they make their money. If you are not expecting to pay a mark up turn this isn’t the place for you. It’s dead stock, no tricks, you pay more for what you can’t get. Other online retailers might be slightly less sometimes? What I got got was almost on point pricing. But really it adds a lot of benefit to the customer. 1-I see exactly what I’m getting and can try on, 2-I don’t have to wait for shipping, 3-If for some reason there is an issue with my purchase I do not have to deal with an online bot, I have a face to connect with that I assume would handle it well because the integrity of their small business is at stake. And 4-Biggest of all I respect the Hustle and the fact that this small business is trying to turn a profit while also doing what they can to give back to the community (follow socials), One more, 5-San Antonio is known for a lot of things, this place is trying to give San Antonio a spot in the shoe game of course I want to be a part of that! As for the store, The employees are all just hanging out having fun. It’s not a pressure to buy but more of a “let me know if I can talk sneakers with you” vibe.

My kids really liked this store. They have a wide range of options within the budget of everyone. I even left a wallet there on accident overnight, and they were very responsive with me after hours, and found the wallet! Super grateful to have found CDSA!

We love going into Countdown SA and checking out all the shoes these awesome guys have to offer! Wonderful atmosphere and very inviting. Whatever you need, its there!!! The staff are so courteous and very helpful. The owners, James, and RJay go beyond to give you excellent customer service. As soon as you walk in the door you are genuinely greeted by them . They are very honest guys who just want to give you the best price and something that you can afford. There is no other shoe store like Countdown SA here in San Antonio. If you have never been there before you need to go, I promise you you’ll keep going back!! 🫶👍👏
