I received wonderful customer service 11/07/22 at 5:15pm. There were 3 people working and they were all wonderful and attentive. I wish I would have gotten their names.

I went to shop for an Angel tree family.
I was getting shoes for the kiddos.
6 total. I ask the associate (Victoria) for assistance. Let me tell you. She was worldwide. She helped me get the right shoes. Suggested the best deal and even shared what shoes were "in" for the respective age of the kiddos. It took about 30 minutes from start to ringing up. I will definitely go back. Thank you Victoria.

They give you $10 off for $ 75 spending..they have lots of sales 40% , buy one get 1 50% n they have sale on socks..great shoes for the whole family. Y ou just can't go wrong...very friendly , helpful customer service..very clean, nicely stocked

It was great as always!! Customer service is great...we were asked if we needed help right away and we were able to buy 6 pairs of shoes for under $200 because of rewards. That's our go to store for shoes!!

They have good variety of shoes. Store was very organized and staff was very friendly. They also had a great sale going on when I visited! Definitely will be back.

Generally good selection at this store. Being in the Alamo Ranch shopping center, they get hit pretty hard on the weekends, but I can always find what I need there.

It's not normal for me with size 13 to walk into a store and be able to purchase the exact pair of shoes. Today I did. Thanks Z
