Awesome place to shop for great cheap prices but good quality of items/brands. The line is way shorter than when you shop at TJMaxx.

Alamo Ranch Ross was clean and orderly. Made it easy for me to find what I needed. Went to Ross at Brooks City Base first. Walked out. Very dirty and trashy.

Nice young girl very polite was bussy but even then was very bussy she have a smile 😃

Ross is always an adventure. Check the sizes of the clothes as sizes are often misplaced. Designer names can be found at a fraction of the cost but I'm looking for lower prices that still fit. I usually break down and buy a sweet treat as well.

I buy everything for my house my family and my dogs here...great prices.

The Manager turned a not so great experience into a phenomenal experience. And because of her , I will return. (I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name) Just a brief explanation... I went shopping with my 2 month old baby and was only looking for 1 item, but of course found a million great deals! I was pushing his stroller so I needed help collecting the items and putting them in a cart. The associate I asked for help from was not friendly or helpful. I asked for the Manager and she, without hesitation, agreed to help me. She rang me up herself and helped me to my car. From someone who was in retail management for 25 years, this deserves a high five and a big THANK YOU! I’m so grateful for her understanding and assistance! This type of service is very few and far between these days..

Great selection of clothing from amazing brands and even better prices. Store is clean, organized, friendly employees and a friendly security guard to protect us all. Love shopping at Ross and this was just another great location to go to.
The fitting rooms were clean, attendant was very friendly and helpful.
I enjoy friendly people and you get that in this location.

As soon as you walk into this location. It is very clean and well kept. Unlike the ross stores I've been to this one is very well organized. Lots of stuff that you want to get. Makes me want to spend my whole check here. Staff is very nice. You're greeted as soon as you walk in. Lines were going at a steady pace. I recommend coming to this location.

Great prices, great selections,and great hours! May not look like a Penny,s or Collards or even Wall Mart, but the selections and prices, and even quality make up for its style of shopping!! And I went there to try and find one outfit for my birthday outing and found 3 whole outfits in my size, and didn't have to leave the store to look elsewhere. Now that's what I call a good shopping experience!! No stress, no disappointments!

We were able to get my daughter at least four dresses for a dance that she could choose from on very late notice... Their selection was more than any other place we've been to that day

Ross is another cut rate merchandiser that I have had a relationship with for yep more than 30 years. They always have good deals and yep I got some again I'll be back this store is fairly new and really clean and lots of staffing so no lines.

I always find what I'm looking for and tons of things I'm not haha! Today, sunday June 24, their was a very long line at the register but we didn't stand still for too long. The amazing girls at the registers had us out of there very quickly! I know they don't get very much appreciation so it would be nice for people to say thank you to them once in a while.

My favorite store ! They have everything from kids clothes to pet items and designer clothing and name brand shoes and name brand purses . Very nice things for your house . They have a variety of everything. I love everything about ross. Its my go to store for mostly everything. Toys for the kids I can keep going on. Number one stop shop!

I love shopping @ Ross/Alamo Ranch but I was truly sorry that you had a very very small selection of shoes, lamps, home & outdoor decorations. I understand during this covid it's very hard for you to keep your stores fully stocked, but know that I sincerely appreciate everything your stores & staff are doing for me, and the San Antonio community by keeping your stores open. This Ross is always clean and the clothes are hung on the racks in an organized manner. Rarely do you find clothes on the floor. The shoes are usually disheveled and not on the right shelves, but you can still find what you're looking for, for the most part. I love going in and finding a bargain! The staff is polite, although you will occasionally find someone who is having a bad. Parking is right across from the shop and you'll always find something decent.
