I normally don't leave these Google reviews. My daughter and I had the best experience at this Bath and Body Works this evening. My daughter is 5 years old and loves using all of my scents from the store. For Christmas she received gift cards of her own. Today was all about her making the choices of the scents that she wanted.
We walked in and my daughter got a basket from the kindest sales associate Bekah.

My daughter and I explained why we were there. Becca went out of her way to show my daughter multiple scentd throughout the store. Lotions, Body sprays, body washes...you name it we smelled it. The patience and kindness she displayed was above and beyond anything I've ever seen. You made a huge impact on both my daughter and I and I hope you see this. Thank you for making a special moment for her even more magical. 💖

I love bath and body works for the best smelling candles and body washes. But really, anything that they sell smells amazing. Worth the cost

I love this B&BW. The store is large tons of products and white barn is connected. Sales staff helpful and friendly. Love the sales. If the shelf is empty just ask as they will go in back and look for product. Store is clean and smells lovely.

Easy Pickup of pre-ordered items in store. Difficult to get out of shopping center unto busy main street.

Having a bad day? Stop in this store in Alamo Ranch and I guarantee your day will change. Everytime I've shopped here I've had the pleasure of being greeted by Bekah. She's a ray of sunshine and her enthusiasm for her product is contagious. All employees at this store excel in their jobs.

Store was well stocked and very clean and neat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Gift shopping can be stressful but I know I can always find something the recipient is going to love when I shop at B&BW.

We go all the time for wallflowers and refills. But it's always a recurring stop everyone is nice to my kids. Good staff.

Went in for the Halloween sanitizers and the first person I spoke to said they don’t have any, then a second associate approached me and asked if I was looking for something specific. I said yes and she showed me they only had the one scent left then told me when the next shipment might come in. Then she went above and beyond and checked the back for me! They didn’t have any so she gave me a pen and paper to leave my info behind and they will call me when they receive them. Thank you so much Destiny! Excellent customer service.

My daughters went in with gift cards. They're 12 and 13, so they did some independent shopping. The associate told them she understood that they were in a learning process and helped them whittle down their choices and after they looked their extra money she again said she understood and they are learning so she even contributed $1 so they could have the exact same items and not have to put something back. It was a very sweet kindness and act of patience on her part.

This is my wife's gig. I pretty much follow her around, lugging bags of candles, soaps, body washes, etc.

There is a small guy's section with toiletries. To their credit, their body wash is superior to many department store brands. A little goes a long way. Some of their mens colognes, body sprays, etc, are also nice.

Staff is always helpful. They seem to go out of their way to serve my wife, whether searching for a new scent or working with all the coupons. A very friendly staff and manager. Always a pleasant atmosphere, regardless of how busy. And this shop is always busy!

Great customer service. The young lady who welcomed my sister and I asked if we were looking for anything in particular and showed us all the floral scented body sprays of the new collection. Very friendly and described each scent.

Great guest service and the sales are fabulous!!!!! I took advantage of the buy two 3 wick candles, get two free which we all know is amazing!!!! They have the best candles I've ever used and I will not shop anywhere else. The scents are amazing and they last for days!!!!!!

Justine and her manager were so friendly to me and my daughter. She made our shopping experience so special and memorable. This is our new bath and body works! Thank you for being so accepting of my daughter. She's already asking to go back!

I like going there and buying my lotions and shower gels. I can't always pay full price, so I take advantage of their sales and especially the 75 % discount. I was sad because they didn't have my favorite scent moonlight path. Hopefully they don't discontinue that scent. My second favorite is Hello beautiful 😍.

The ladies were all super sweet! They have the same stuff in different areas so when we thought they were out she found one in another area for us! Very clean and organized. Only went in for smell goods for the car and left with a lil bit of everything!
