Brandon is an exceptional customer service representative and we are so pleased with the undivided attention and time he provided me and my family. He exudes subject matter expertise and was very patient with my family when deciding on what devices we wanted to upgrade to. All of the employees at the Alamo Ranch AT&T store are kind and attentive and everyone acknowledges customers as soon as they walk into the store. We live in Helotes and would prefer to visit this store over all other corporate locations. Brandon was very informative and made our transactions seamless! He was great at building rapport with my family and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the store. Thank you Brandon for an awesome experience!!

Tiffany gave me an introductory class on the Apple Watch. She even educated my sister on some of the ways to navigate the system and she has had an Apple Watch for a long time! Tiffany was very personable, cheerful and answered all of my questions with attention and care!!
