This is a great spot for your handy needs. They're all really helpful, the electrical brand they deal is way better quality than the big box brands, and the new location is centrally and conveniently located. They're going to take a dent out of my Home Depot purchases for the "smalls".

I came in looking for a good plunger to unplug my bathroom sink. And Alex was so helpful and recommended some amazing liquid solution( forgot the name ill post it later)but it worked in seconds, and he told me what not to do as a safety precaution . Definitely recommended this True value..Very happy customer

Nice staff, very VERY clean store. They were very busy when I went in but I still was able to find an employee to assist me quickly. They were surprisingly affordable and I finally didn't have to spend an hour driving all the way to a big box store to wander around for 30 min trying to find an employee to help me.

There is always a knowledgeable employee around every corner willing to help you find something. Definitely a big difference from the larger home improvement stores!

I am always greeted upon entering with friendly welcome. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and help me find everything I need at the hardware store. I will defiantly be coming back for all my future purchases!

I LOVE this store and take every opportunity to shop there. Customer service is excellent and unlike other bigger stores they help me find what's needed right away.

I have price checked Chico True Value against Ace Hardware 5 times now & True Value was lower every time & not by a little they were significantly lower every time plus their customer service can't be beat! It's nice to have a family owned hardware store on North end of town.

Walk in the door, the sales clerk asks what I am looking for, finds it, and carries it out for me after checkout. Can't beat that!

Excellent customer service. Needed parts and the lamp was prepared. Salesman was very pleasant as he explained the easiest way to repair the antique Tiffany Lamp

This store is well stocked and has a great crew. You can tell involved locals own it. I pass on the chain stores whenever I can. This store really is nice to shop in. Glad your there!

Since the store went on Facebook I've been making my way there. Always masked. Garden opened this weekend. I didnt find what I wanted outside. So I said I'll check inside. Found everything. So really an indoor and outdoor garden place.

They really take care you here usealy have what the big hardware stores don't have .I would try this place first if you have a odd item to fined
