CVS

This past year and a half I was having difficulties getting a medicine and had to go to different CVS locations each month depending on who had it and about 7 months ago started going to the 855 HM location. I have never had a bad experience and even when they didn’t have it in stock they got it for me by the next day. I find with all the locations if necessary to speak with someone that calling first thing in the morning is best. Everyone has been very helpful and it’s appreciated.

Linda, the pharmacist on staff tonight, was fantastic! She gave 3 of us x 2 immunizations each, and those were the best injections any of us have ever been given. She was friendly, kind, and also efficient.

I have been with CVS for about 3-4 months and they have been wonderful. They always have what I need, and send me videos to educate me about my prescriptions. I feel good so far about someone who has my back. They are clean and work hard to achieve greatness.

Very impressed; Rx for my mom is on national back order but the pharmacist called around and FOUND IT for us (even though it was at a competitor). So appreciative! THAT IS GREAT SERVICE. And why I'll go back to this CVS.

I have always respected the employees at any CVS. Even though the business model seems to have morphed into a copy of Walmarts motto “understaff and overwhelm the employees to save a buck,” the pharmacy and store clerks are ALWAYS very helpful and respectful (with some exceptions such as my experience at the Bozeman, MT location.)
The understaffing seems to be the norm at every CVS I go to, so when I had the pharmacy staff member, Kevin, not only offer, but actually make calls to another CVS on my behalf, I was taken aback. I was in a new town and trying to accomplish a transfer and although his workload wS more than one person should have, he made things simple and quick.
It can be rare to find such efficient staff and I was reminded of not too long ago when I would walk into a business and someone was willing to come see if I needed help rather than me searching for anyone with knowledge.

I've been going to this CVS since it was on Jonestown Road! All but 2 of the pharmacy personnel are new. They are young people just starting out and this is a HIGH VOLUME store!

Don't blame the personnel, blame the management. Management knows the amount of volume (service) that this store has and when it has the highest amount of nee for /service. They should make sure enough staff is present to handle peak times.

These young people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Patience is a virtue and understanding is too!

Give what you want to receive...... remember what it was like for you as a young person starting out...... you want to see change? Talk to the management/write corporate. But, don't take it out on the personnel.... they're just doing the best they can!

The best pharmacy ever and I don't believe that it's true about the pharmacist stealing from a customer. That's crazy! My pharmacists are hard workers and do they're best. I love them all.

Extremely helpful! We drive out of our way to use this specific pharmacy. Knowledgeable and efficient staff. I tell everyone to use this CVS.

I have been to a lot of cvs's and this one and the one in king are the BEST ones I've have ever been to moved here from va 2yrs ago and I'm so glad I have found 2 of the greasy cvs in winston wouldn't go anywhere else thanks to all of the great staff and pharmacy

Wonderful staff at the Hanes Mall Blvd. location! Vanessa, Angela, Jonte, Linda and Tom are the best! I wouldn’t dream of shopping anywhere else!

Great staff, clean environment, fully stocked shelves, especially Christina she’s a great girl and she’s very helpful.

Been going there for a long time and never had a problem.
