I really like this Walgreens. Nice workers, helpful. It's an important part of Diamond Heights. This review is for the store, not the pharmacy. I agree that the pharmacy is not an example of a well run business.

I had a really great experience with the pharmacy today! They finished up my prescription nearly instantly on the spot, even under the pressure of a long line ahead of and behind me. You can tell they are working extremely hard when you look behind the counter!

I have been shopping at the Diamond Heights Walgreens for ten years. Everyone there has always been wonderfully helpful from the staff in the pharmacy to Michelle at the front register. I plan on moving away in the coming months and among the things I know I will miss is the staff at Walgreens, their professionalism, expertise and their great attitude towards work and customer service.

Loved everything about it the staff was incredibly nice and Chanel helped me get my prescription quickly and answered my shaving need questions when I asked I would recommend this store to everyone

The pharmacists & sales staff at the front of the store ALWAYS greet u by ur first name & are ALWAYS very helpful.

peanuts was on sale last time. wagreens is wagreens, but I like my peanuts.

Derek and the gang are top notch. They know customer service, hands-down.

Not perfect but I actually like this Walgreens. Had some really sharp staff when I visited and fixed a complicated problem I had. Stock / quality is middling.

This location is clean and bright. Easy to shop. And there is plenty of free parking.

My experience has been fine thus far, things are organized, the staff was friendly enough, prices werent overly high for the convenience.

Pharmacy doesn’t pick up their phone after repeated calls. It’s impossible to reach for any medical advice.

Update: Go in person, they're very helpful in person and will go out of their way to help you.

The pharmacy keeps giving me pills made in india! I have to keep telling them I want my cholesterol Rx & sinus sprays made in Canada or the USA, but each time they have to change the pills & sprays! That is annoying. The front counter workers are friendly & nice.

In person, the pharmacy provides good service. However, reaching them by phone is near impossible. Long wait times and they always hang up on you.
