I was very impressed with the service given by your representative Carlos. He is very people oriented, interested in listening to what I was looking for and explaining the service plan and products I purchased. I'm one very happy customer!

Jess is truly the best and my nomination for employee of the year! I went into to turn in my old phone & activate a new one. I had a horrible day prior but just made myself go in to get it over with. Then appears Jessica; I barely had to say a word and she knew exactly what I needed (along with 3 other products for my new phones’ different charging port entryway) Jess was very knowledgeable about the phones/products and she was also so laid back with good conversation while waiting for the phones to transfer. I appreciate everything she did for me and her truly wish her and her family the best. Happy holidays Jess, thanks for making a difference!

Brett at the Summerville,SC store is absolutely wonderful! He resolved my issues with my account and I was in and out within 30min. Go see him!

This is the place to go! was greeted the minute I walked in and when it was my turn to be helped, the manager introduced me to Theo who would assist me, this young man is awesome! He went above and beyond explaining every detail of the current deals and wow they are offering great deals indeed! He did not pressure me into anything just seem to really care about his customers and their needs! Very friendly and he was so patient with my questions! This AT&T is my store for sure with any future transactions! Kudos to you AT&T for employing this young man, he is a keeper for sure, I know you are proud of how he represents your place of business there at AT&TMary A.

When I got to AT&T, I got a ripping out walk in and out. Got my new plan with neutral at all. I really am thankful for them.

I was there yesterday getting my new iPhone 15 pro max set up and Damon and the manager where awesome people they where very quick to set up my phone and very nice to help me even gave me a discount on items

I was greeted by James, the Manager respectfully and friendly as soon as I walked in. Jess assisted me throughout, very helpful and informative. She offered me auto pay discounts, current promotions and Internet possibilities.
I received the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a trade in.

Ashley, our salesperson was fantastic! Very engaging and knowledgeable. We will be returning for watches and will definitely work with her. The disappointing part was that the manager refused to help us while Ashley and the other associate were busy. It feels like he could've gotten us started or engaged us a bit more rather then just a greeting and they will be with you soon. Also, when we were in the sales interaction with Ashley, the manager came over and tried to hurry her along because there were more customers... but he refused to help them himself. It made us feel uncomfortable. Being a sales manager myself, you always have to be ready to help the customers and he was just sitting on the computer. It felt completely wrong.

I went to the store because the app- MYAT&T was giving me so much trouble that I couldn’t get necessary info on our mobile phone accounts. I needed a real person, not a chat bot or being routed from one person to another and waiting on hold for an hour. We were greeted and taken care of right away by Carlos. He was awesome, knowledgeable and empathetic. I left having a new protection screen installed. ( Carlos reminded me I bought that service when I purchased the phone ) and he was kind enough to put it on for me, plus we ended up switching our internet service provider to AT&T as well as keeping our mobile plan! Our plan was explained to us in detail and we were pleased with the offer and overall service. The manager, Johnny Aaron, was in the store checking on everyone and he also stopped to speak with us and gave us his card to be sure we were satisfied when the installation is completed and if there were any questions or concerns. I went into the store ready to cut ties with AT&T because of the app and left having a phone like new, switched carriers for better internet and feeling like we mattered. Superb customer service is my number one priority when it comes to choosing who to do business with. Carlos and Johnny both made the difference.

As soon as I've arrived into the store an rep came to me and asking the reason of my visit then he assigned a colleague to help me out on getting a Sim Card and become a new member of AT&T.
Benji, the rep agent was very friendly, kind and helpful explaining the service packages the company has and setting up my new mobile number. I really appreciate the time and the great engaging conversation we had. I'll definitely back to the store an get a new device or services in the future.

My daughter and I went into store to trade in phone. We got the pleasure of Carlos and he was outstanding!!! He made the experience worth coming in to the store. All employees should learn customer service from him. I work in Food and Beverage so I am critical of others but try to be lenient. I did not have to be that way with him. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Please make sure he is aware of the great warmth he brings to the clients!
