I love going to Belk’s in Summerville. The store is always nice and clean. They always have the best sales. It’s easy to find what I am looking for, Customer service is outstanding from the time I walked in until I walk out.

It was great. So many people , not enough cashiers. More workers would have made the experience better. Great sales

I could not turn away from a Belk charge card! I saw myself loosing money needlessly after making several purchases. So... I'm now saving more using a Belk charge card. It's a no brainer!

Fantastic experience with the Clinique sales associate who checked my husband and me out this weekend. She saw us standing in another line - checking out with a decent amount of clothing - and asked us to come over so she could take care of us. She was genuinely friendly and helpful- the type of associate gives clients a reason to return to Belk's in Summerville. We appreciate you!

The store was very well organized, even in December. It seemed they were fully staffed, and then some. The selection of clothes were good. The kids shoes were a little mixed up, but that's what I expected in a kid's section.

Shoutout to Rita for having the best customer service I have ever encountered. It makes my heart warm knowing there’s people as kind as her in this world. On top of her great customer service this store always has super good deals & I always get my moneys worth. Definitely the best Belk around.

Great inventory - very clean

Walked in and was greeted by a super friendly woman who asked if I needed assistance finding anything. I had no issue finding what I needed after she gave me directions to the area of the store I needed to go. Check out was easy and the cashier was as sweet as could be. You can tell when folks are taken care of and love what they do. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. Will definitely be returning!

I was just browsing in Belk since I had some extra time to kill. I was very impressed with a few items that caught my attention and had to buy them! And by opening a charge account I got 20% off my already marked down items! Looking forward to their Spring specials 😀!!

Was my first time here and I walked out with like 3 big bags of stuff. Was very clean in there , workers are extremely nice and helpful only thing I would suggest would be getting shopping carts for children and also when you're shopping alot.

Belk is my jam! Doing all my shopping here from now on. Love the Crown and Ivy stuff, but they do have other brands also. Prices are great.

Great place to shop. Sales person was exceptional and exchanged my item even without a receipt because it was purchased on my Belk card. I will definitely go back. After each customer left the counter clerk came around the desk and sprayed sanitizer and wiped everything down. I felt comfortable in this Belk. Thank you.

Although this store has been here for years, it's my new favorite store. Their sales are great and there's always some type of sale going on. I bought a $15 toddler bathing suit for $1.65 at the end of summer. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Good prices. Good selection. Good help.

This Belk location is nice to shop at. The ladies at any counter (Cosmetics, Jewelry, Etc.) are happy to help check you out instead of waiting in a long line at another check out counter.
