Jalalah is a Christmas hero! After visiting 6 stores looking for a season favorite candy, Target pickup listed they had it available. I did my best to find it on the shelf without assistance but finally had to visit the order pickup counter to see if it was a pickup only item. She came to my rescue! Patient and friendly despite the holiday crush, she managed to locate the candy, and was amazing. I know it's silly thing but it meant the world. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Hey, I had gone to the vision center here at Target, and let me tell you. They have such a better eyeglass selection here than where I was originally going to. Glad I listened to my daughter and found a great pair of frames that fits my face perfectly. Right across from Northlake Mall, Charlotte NC.....

I enjoy going to target because it is clean and it's always easy to find products. There is a huge selection of items and very rarely do I leave without finding what I came for.

Went in for a quick shopping and forgot to grab one of my grocery bags at the checkout table and we left without it. Got home and realized I'm missing a bag while we were putting away the grocery. Went back to the store as soon as I could and saw Diane, the cashier who took care of our purchase was right there by the front door waiting for us. She recognized us right away and told me what to do and I was able to get a fresh replacement of the juice and milk that I left originally. She went above and beyond and so grateful for her wonderful customer service! This is also one of the reasons Target is my go-to store. Plus, for those that love Halloween, they're starting to transition the area by the back to Halloween schtuffs! 👻 You're welcome 🤩👻

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I had Herb help me one day, and he was so nice! I do with Target in general had just as much and cute boys clothes like they do for the girls (kids clothing). I do wish there was more fitting rooms as well, but this all is not this stores problem, they just do as they are told :).

Stopped my to get some very specific shoes yesterday. There were very few in the store but I was in desperate need. Team member, Laurel, went above and beyond to locate what I needed and then locate me as I had wandered out of the section, looking for something else. Thanks so much!

A lil pricey to have 2 lanes open, with lines extending into the merchandise areas, and the self service line wrapped twice like a snake ( and workers just standing at their posts)

Update!! I love this target more!! They were playing salsa for Hispanic heritage month and I love it!! They should just add that to the regular music because yes. Yes, yes, yes!! And the employees still rock!! Thanks Target!!

I love the selection at this location. Target employees at this location have been very helpful during my visits. The Starbucks inside this location is also very efficient, I have never had to wait very long for my coffee.

I had a very good experience today.. I picked up my online order. The wait was minimal, the area is right in the font of the store. The store was clean, lots of employees helping to find orders and everyone was friendly & helpful. The North Charlotte store is my favorite.

The experience was great. Did a drive up order. Very pleasant workers! It was quick and easy through the app. No I didn't buy any clothing.

Laurel was Awesome yesterday evening. My daughter and came in looking for shirts with music group on them for a last meeting expo @ UNCC. Laurel took the time and patience with us, she even sang Born in the USA with me. We left out with a Prince shirt daughter happy. Thank you Laurel for your time and patience. Really appreciate.
