Great shopping experience. The attendants were helpful.

My Experience in this location came on 12-22-2022. My experience at H&M Northlake was that the staff was super friendly and very Helpful. I viewed a young man greeting all the customers and wanted to experience it myself. I then came back to this location on 12-24 and the store was sooo busy I was greeted by 4 staff members on different occasions and was assisted by employees Derrick and Aaron who went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts for my Family. This is a one of a Kind location and I had to make this post to show others that great Customer service still exist!!!

I had gone to H&M at the North lake Mall in Charlotte NC....there was a very nice young man by the name of Avo....he was so very helpful and as I watched him...he had asked all the customers if he could help them with anything please ask....Not all young teenager's are destructive....This young man was very pleasant and he had a beautiful smile....thank you Avo for your help....

My experience at H&M Northlake was Amazing!!! I found the ladies clothes to be at a great price and very fashionable. The Manager Derek was very helpful and also very polite. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this location!!!

Many thanks to the Women's Dept manager Potts for being so diligent in helping me find a crop top that I have been chasing for weeks that kept going out of stock. Anytime someone goes above and beyond it's a testament to their character. Keep up the great service!

All H&M's are the same. Clean store, modern fashion, and friendly service.

I love this store because of location. Although I think they play music way too loud especially in kids section. Sometimes I can't even hear my kids talking

I love H&M...but some of the staff at this location is a little weird.. They will peek at you to see what you are doing but won't ask you if you need help🤷🏾‍♀ And the ppl on the floor isn't that friend and some of the cashier or kinda dry

Great store to find young girl clothes My biggest issue is there is not enough space.I'm between the lands or the racks.

It's a good store. My wife constantly buys anything here. Has a good sales discounts.
