Party City

I come here to buy all my party supplies. I typically have my annual HOA party and at least 2 family parties to shop for. If there prices were a bit better then I might get my sessional decorations from here. The staff is always friendly especially the young gentleman that checked me out yesterday 2/16/24 after noon time. I wish I got his name but I was distracted talking to other customers. He was extremely busy but had a calm smile on his face. I can respect that because it’s easy to get frustrated when a lot of customers are waiting. Thank you for another wonderful experience.

CARLOS and CAMERON are SUPERSTARS!!!!! Thank you for your help with my online balloon pick-up! I arrived 5 minutes after closing but Cameron welcomed me inside and helped get my order together alongside Carlos, which led me to buying more merch in-store.

This store is always super helpful and kind when I visit!

Always enjoy coming here! Always find something I need. Got items for my aunts bridal shower and more. Made a cute lil candy station from items from here.

Had what I needed in stock, staff was friendly and informative. Clean store too, no cluttered aisles.

Even though it is one of the smaller Party Cities that I've been to, it still had plenty of nice products to choose from.

My experience was great. All I needed was available. I love the variety

The decor for my twins 16th Birthday was Fabulous

I’m literally standing in this store as I type this. These are probably some of the best workers I have ever seen. The store is very crowded and there are only 3 staff here. The manager has been patient and kind with everyone in the store despite the chaos. He thanked his workers for their help, allowed them to stop and breathe when they needed it and helped them with whatever they needed. Even though the store had to make concessions due to being short staffed, they all handled it with grace and most importantly a smile! 5/14 at 7pm

They are always really friendly and helpful at this Party City. I had one employee actually go through a box they just got in to see if they had gotten something back in stock I was looking for. No matter how slammed they are, I have never had anyone be short or rude with me, in fact, they've always been super patient. I always go out of my way to go there for party supplies even though I hate going anywhere near the mall! :)

It was an awesome and amazing experience the store manager was extremely helpful in assisting us with our needs and the cashier was pleasant as well

Store was in need of stocking. However the 4 young men working held it down. Bravo to the cashier working despite his injury. Professional service today.

The staff helped get my balloons with haste. I didn't call ahead, but they made sure I had what I wanted and was on my way very quickly.

Greeted by David as I entered, "Welcome to the party!" Very friendly and pointed me to the exact spot of what I was in search for. Friendly staff. In and out in a timely manner.
