Dollar Tree

Confused on last reviewers comment. Dollar Tree Northlake is one of the cleanest locations I've been in. The staff are friendly especially the cashier Robert. There was also 2 new male managers that are doing a wonderful job.

There was a male cashier that greeted me as I entered the store. He was so sweet. He spoke and engaged every customer he assisted at the register. He asked questions to know if you had a great shopping experience. I was waiting behind two other customers. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait and letting us know we would be helped soon. He was an awesome associate. The store was surprisingly clean and organized compared to other Dollar Tree stores.

Crafting supplies gave me tons of ideas. Definitely a must for low-budget because these are high value supplies!

This dollar tree is amazing and Robert was super amazing. He greets everyone as they come in and give you a greetings going out.

Robert is what all retail staff should aspire to be!! He was such a pleasant guy! He had a great attitude, was working hard to get customers through the line and apologized to the customers for the wait! Excellent customer service skills that definitely needs to be rewarded! If this guy is not in management, he should be! I will only go to this Dollar Tree from now on because of Robert!

Cashier was super friendly. Another came to reduce wait. Lots of empty shelf space. Don't know if it's a product shortage or not enough employees to stock.

Robert was the cashier on the day I visited. He was Awesome!!! He made sure to be positive the entire time, apologized for the wait and helped to speed up the process by telling the customers what to do on the credit machine. Great employee!

This Dollar Tree location is always clean. The customer service is always good, but when i went there yesterday 11/4/2018 , Robert provided absolute excellent customer service and should be rewarded. Keep up the great work !

Very convenient location. It's across the road from northkake mall inside of northcrest shopping center. Though it's not the most clean and organized dollar tree store, they always have brand name products up for grabs for a $1. Last sweet deal they have was the Sunbeam led desk lamp touch switch which was a bestseller. It retails for about $8.30 on Amazon. It's also a good place to find craft supplies for a much cheaper price.

Those complaining about bad customer service , and employees not caring , were obviously shopping on Robert's day off . He is the friendliest man on the planet . He gives me hope for humanity . There's a Dollar Tree a lot closer to our office , but we drive to this location just because of Robert . He's becoming somewhat of a local celebrity , and we really appreciate him .

This Dollar Tree the people are nice, they always try to help you. I love this dollar Tree Great job. A little clutter when shipments come in. But it is stacked ok and out of the way.

It was wonderful, i wish they start selling organic food items, even though I would expect to pay more, all customers who use organic food would be willing to do that.

Some of these stores don't have the same amount of goods that you was getting before C/19 but you can find mosts of what you need

The cashier, Robert was amazing. Greeting everyone and making wonderful comments of positively. Great customer service, give that man a raise!

Doors on the freezer with open was not sanitize and clean in the inside products all over the floor people stepping all over it not enough cashiers just one man running the cashier by himself nobody comes to help him out that is not good

Staff members are very friendly and the store was very clean.

It's a huge store full of stuff for a buck. What's not to love? We take the kids here to pick out a toy. Can find holiday decorations for cheap.

A very clean and well maintained location for a quick in-and-out. Friendly staff and well-stocked shelves.

Mom..business owner.. crafter... this is and will always be my favorite go to store... you can’t go wrong ...everything you need even stuff you didn’t know you needed ...one stop shop
