Just wanted to recognize the staff here (especially this morning 09/01/2023 at around 7:45-8:15am. They are ALWAYS a pleasure… super fast and super friendly. This morning was the craziest I’ve seen it. I know they were all working their butts off. They were so busy with mobile orders… I’m talking like 20 pending orders and people all waiting in the cafe to pick up their mobiles. I felt bad for them because I can see that being so stressful. They all remained calm and focused and worked as quick as they could. Great teamwork.. all their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

This Starbucks is in walking distance to my house so I hoped and prayed it would be a good one.

The staff is very kind and friendly ☺ I love to come sit here with my girly and play chess, or draw, work, or read.

They are also consistently slammed but manage it really well. 👍🏼

This store is always super busy, however the baristas always make me feel welcome and have great attitudes! Love this location

I stopped by this location to get my usual Starbucks fix!! What did it for meme was the amazing customer service. They even wrote personalized message on our bag and drawing on my cup based on our conversation. You can’t get better than this when it comes to customer service!!!! Thank you all in the location just now!!! This will be my location going forward.

Love picking up my favorite drink from this store! Staff is always super helpful really goes the extra mile!

The customer service was great, they were doing some training of new hires and and the new hires were very nice! Also this place was quicker then other locations for the walk in order. I thought about giving only a 4 star due to price increases but figured it's probably not the fault of this one location and more likely corporate. The workers make the difference!

Was surprisingly quick! Very busy with a tight space for the team but they turned out both drink and food orders surprisingly fast. They knew their regular customers and greeted those of us who are occasionally in the area. Also the customer seating space is much better than it used to be and once the outdoor area is complete, this will be a comfortable place for coffee.

Need a Cafe? Can jump in here but no drive-through, though it is close to i-77. If your looking for a drive-through Cornelius is the location. However, they have an outside porch and two parking spots for quick orders in and out 15 minutes max.

She is so friendly and kind, I’ve come in to this location and she always asks how I’ve been or doing. Great job to the staff and team for always going the extra mile to take care of others.

Out of all the Starbucks in the Charlotte and Huntersville area, I am very impressed with their accuracy and friendly service. The biggest highlight fee for me is that even though I live 5-6 minutes away I’ve never had to wait for my coffee or food. It’s ready by the time I get there! Love the Rosedale Starbucks!

This was hands down one of the best Starbies I’ve ever been to. I just left (0751 on 3/20). The employees greeted me and were quite friendly and efficient. I received my order in a matter of just a few minutes.

I went here today around 11:50am and they were a little busier than other times I've been in the past. I considered leaving; however my son was getting a treat & they moved quickly. There was 3 staff persons & then another person came out the back to assist. They moved quickly & did well not to bump into eacher other. To order & p/u was about 15 min., but was the start of the lunch crowd so to be expected. The cashier apologized for the wait before taking my order; however, it was excessive so I didn't mind at all. Always been friendly & good service at this location. It's downer that due to location there's no drive-thru available. Parking area is small considered to the number of businesses in this area so certain times parking can be crazy.

Drove up to drive thru window at the perfect time as there was only one car in front of us. Could hear the barista clearly and she was quite polite. Drink was done quickly and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'd recommend this location.

Great little corner Starbucks! Friendly staff that acknowledges you by name. Does not have a drive thru but I enjoyed visiting inside the store. My drink tasted great, wait time was low. Will visit again for sure!

As always, I love my Macha Latte. Barista was smiling and friendly. Great playlist and wifi.

I've been to this location pre and post pandemic on and off since 2018. I've never had an issue with my orders! The staff is constantly kind, efficient, and enjoyable to interact with. They are usually very busy, but I've always gotten my online orders at the estimated waiting time. Whether it's an order with one drink, or an order with multiple drinks + food, they always deliver above expectations. Im sure they deal with all kinds of people since this location is in Huntersville, but their kind spirits have never dimmed when serving customers. Coming from a retail + coffee background, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for everyone at this location. Thank you all for your hard work and perfection!

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Everyone said good morning. Everyone remembered my name (yeah of course I told them but most places don’t even call you by name)…
This was before 7am
