Kaviana was excellent, very friendly and super helpful with trade-in’s, could overhear her giving the same level of service to every other customer while I was browsing the store and feel like she deserves some recognition!

Looked all over charlotte for several days trying to find specific games. Brandy helped us today find both games at the same store. We were lucky today.

Great Place. Good deals on new releases and Preowned games for pro members. The cashier really helped me out and was friendly. Bought two preowned games and got one free and preorder mk11. I actually didn’t have any intentions of preordering mlb the show 19 since it comes out tomorrow but he basically pursuarded me with awesome packs in the game and I just couldn’t resist so amazing place, good staff definitely worth it.

Just wanted to come on here and say that the group working in this store are great. I just bought a Xbox one (used) and had a few issues with the controller and the like and Sam went above and beyond with helping me get everything straightened out. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

Associates here are relaxed and helpful. They aren't pushy, but just remember that Gamestop makes them ask about preorders and warranties. They also have more selection than the mall stores probably due to the larger space. Good spot to pick up physical copies of games. Kinda sad that physical media is being phased out.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but they were very helpful at this location. The store itself is bigger than most GameStop's I've been to in this area and my daughter was still able to find something she loved.

Awesome staff. Good mid night game release fun. Dj and free Jimmy Johnson sandwiches on Pokémon Sun and Moon mid night release.
