The opening staff are a joyful group. They serve me through the drive through with a smile, even though I have to walk up to it because the dining room isn't open yet. We are all barely awake but working and they really help me with my fix.

Went during the middle of a work day. The service was quick and easy with no complications, the drinks were good and as expected.

This place is awesome. A lot of these reviews are about the drive thru but that’s why I place my order through the app. So much faster! Food is always hot and coffee is always amazing

Dunkin was great. Could work on cleaning the area with the straws and stuff to be more organized. Also not having an employee at the door complain about pick up cusomgers would be nice too as the inside is small. Yeah people are people, but I don't want to order if thats how I would be talked about. Plus traffic is horrible in Huntersville so could've been a legit reason the customer was late. Also the menu wasn't showing everything and I wasn't sure what to get.

I just want to say how much of phenomenal job you guys have been doing!! I am all the way from kannapolis but work in huntersville and I love to get breakfast from there almost everyday.

I know the lines get long and some customers can get rude or complain but, you guys have always had a smile on your face and everything is seriously made with love 👀!!

Saturday was my second time ever at Dunkin. I was what I would refer to as a "needy customer." I had kids in my clean car that were about to eat donuts---so I requested extra napkins and bowls they could eat over. The girl at the window was very patient and I'm very appreciative for that! I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and a frozen caramel coffee for myself. Their croissants are like butter! So good! The coffee stayed frozen for the whole hour it took me to drink it. The kids loved their donuts. I'll definitely be back!

Drop by in the morning just to checkout the drive thru.
Amazing just to watch the repeat customers in a special formation.

This is the absolute best Dunkin Donuts of all. Every time I leave, I totally feel like I got my money's worth. Best coffee, sandwiches, and the freshest donuts. I'm surprised it's not been recognized with high honors by food critics and/or food magazines..

Forgot my debit card and the owner said not to worry about it. I’m a regular. I ended up paying anyways because I had a credit card. But she was gonna let me take my coffee and wrap for free. I appreciate that.
