Bath & Body Works

I was pleasantly surprised there were still brick and mortar stores. I needed to get a birthday gift for my cousin and was almost late to the surprise dinner. Fortunately, upon entering the store, my husband and I were met by a very nice gentleman who assisted with suggestions and many, many scents. He stayed with us until we were happy with our purchase. I wish I could recall his name because he was excellent.

By far the best experience today. The manager Kiara (my apologies if I misspelled your name) is the sweetest person ever! The whole staff is super friendly and the store is always welcoming! My favorite part, is that everyone greets you with a smile!!
Need more of this in the 🌎.

Looks like it's now been divided into two stores but you can shop either/both and check out in either store.

It was surprisingly crowded on a Friday afternoon. Maybe because of the good prices on just about all items.

Employees were helpful and pleasant.

Not much to say other than I LOVEEE these products. All of them. Everything. There isn't anything I don't like. As for this location.....the ladies are absolute dolls. They are very attentive and nearby if you need anything yet they won't try to "sell" you (as we all know is irritating) THANK YOU ladies for your hard work and for taking great care! Y'all rock!

IT WAS VERY CROWDED IN THE STORE WHEN I WENT.

My wife and I came here to take advantage of the semi annual sale. Most everything is on sale now. The place was packed when we were there. The employees are very friendly and helpful as usual. ☺ They handled the large crowd with ease. Everyone in the store checked out at the same time. We only stood in line for 15 minutes. We'll definitely be back.

I don't care for the body products because the smells are super strong but the home fragrance selection is amazing. The wall flowers and sprays are a great compliment to a clean home. The candles are expensive but so worth the price.

No one on the face of this earth has 3 wick candles as potient as Bath and Body works. 😍 Me and my daughter love their tiny hand sanitizers

Always love the products but the staff at this place was particularly awesome. One girl there opened up tons of hand soaps for me to smell since I was holding my baby. Someone even helped me find a good place to buy coffee, going so far as to look up the name of the best kind!

Get the app.. it will make your life better and you will get free items and reward points. Love this place .. mainly for candle and house items. Right now...don't forget... If you don't like the smell of a candle, you can take it back for another one. The costumer service is great.. not overwhelming but always there when you need them.. they know how to suggest and walk away after you are finished. Extremely helpful.

I visited today during holiday madness shopping time. Although the store was extremely crowded, it was well-staffed with friendly faces that were eager to help. The store was still rather organized in spite of people reaching and grabbing everywhere. Kudos to management for having such a great crew.

My only wish...more aisle space and open registers on the White Barn side.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I exchanged some candles I purchased in December and they swapped them out no problem. They even walked me through the store and helped me pick out new candles. They carry the same favorites as all Bath & Body Works.

Very friendly staff. Always aware of each client and always down for helping anybody with questions. Very patient with indecisive clients. That is awesome. I which i remember my helpers name, but my last visit was very nice thanks to that one pesone.

Pretty upset my mom didn't let me buy anything, but wonderful! Sometimes crowded or just the only people. I recommend the mall and, Bath and body works! (Coming from a 10 yr old)

Candle sale. Very satisfying. I do miss the days the candles were $8.95. Those days seem long gone.
