Recently stopped in Sally's to replenish my coil curl hair supplies. Lynette and team greeted me when I arrived, she proceeded to point out sale items for a product I specifically asked about. There was one product I couldn't remember and she search my recent purchases, so I could get everything I need. Lastly, my husband had our chocolate lab outside looking in the windo and she had the skill of commenting about my fur-baby. Not sure if she like dogs or not but it gave me a chance to love on my dog. 🐕 Definitely my go to store for hair supplies, very knowledgeable staff.

I’ve been in the Sally’s many times. And this time, Lanetta made my experience wonderful. Not only did she help me with my natural hair product picks. But not only did she help me with her knowledge but gave everyone in the store the same quality of customer service! She even promoted the new point system. My only disappointment is that they didn’t have any hooded dryers

I had a great shopping experience here. I spoke with Customer service Que who helped me select and purchase products to use for an upcoming project. She was very helpful and intentional in caring for my needs and helping me work through exactly what I needed. Que is a great asset to this location and I am grateful to have encountered her.

I like this location because it's close to my home and the staff is consistently helpful. Tonight, for example, the ladies were out and about circulating the store without it being overbearing and annoying. There made light conversation and overall seemed to enjoy what they do. This made a pleasant shopping experience for me.

WOW is all I can say about my experience at this location . I work over at Northlake mall and decided to visit Sally’s for some hair dye . The customer service in this store is unbelievable. Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced in a very long time . Every employee at this location is a great asset to this company, and I would love to have them all work at my store . P.S. the new remodel looks AMAZING . Special shoutout to Store Manager Sierra/ Ciara . Not sure how it’s spelled but every time I come she makes my shopping experience wonderful .

I , called a store in Gastionia NC, the representative had no clue. She was not helpful in anyway shape or form and did not even offer options. I only live 3 miles from the store. I googled Sally in northlake which is 10 miles. The clerk I spoke with took her time and listen to my description of the product and had it also advised me of sale and also asked if I had a Sally card and how, I could save. After speaking to her Her name is Tammy and she is the manager, yes I will go out of my way to go to her store.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always receive excellent care and the selection is good. Sign up for the Sally's card ($5) and get some great coupons.

Was looking for products to bleach my hair platinum blonde and they had everything I needed plus more. I received a discount for being a barber and a oversized tote bag. That's what's up!!!
