Panera Bread

We relocated from Michigan and Panera has always been our go to for a trustworthy meal. I know that when I give my family Panera we’re eating good ingredients. This location is close to Davidson so we frequently pop up and our son uses the mobile app often. The employees here are just so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. I wish I had taken pics of the last time I ordered food. I love the soup in the bread bowl. Sandwiches are always so good, don’t forget to add a couple pickles on the side.
For those of you that love a good deal, look into the unlimited coffee. And those treats, oh my!

The girl who helped me multiple times for ordering food and buying multiple gift cards was great! Paige was her name, and she was very kind and efficient at her job! Thank you, Paige!!

Matthew helped us at the counter and was extremely kind and personable, even after a manager figure berated him in front of customers. Food was hot and delicious. Hope management learns how to treat their staff before they lose good employees

Panera Bread in Huntersville is the best Panera I have ever been too! They have the best food and nicest people working their. Usually the food looks full online and is smaller when you get in But their sandwiches are always full.
I am fortunate to work beside the best. The management is awesome and the customer sales reps are the sweetest and most helpful people with great hearts you will ever meet!! I have a favorite 3 sale persons, Ameer Means, Valentina Ciuffreda And Cam Mccoy! They make my day go by so fast!! Since I work alone they even stop by to see this old lady sometimes!!

I have been a frequent customer here since long precovid. The store used to be amazing when downhill drastically during covid and then post covid it was absolutely horrendous. They got to the point where I actually stop going because service and food quality is so bad.

When management changed a couple months ago and Camille came in. WOW the store dramatically took a turn for the better. Food quality is now amazing and services much better. I still feel at times that the register could be a little bit better manned but it is not a complaint it is only a suggestion.

I am very very pleased with the way the store turned around and glad that the old Panera is back, thanks Camille!!!!

Staff is courteous and kind. The pastries are fresh and flavorful. My favorite menu item: Sourdough bread bowl.

The food was good: soup was hot and the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was very soft and fresh! We had been told that there were not any cucumbers and they were on our sandwiches anyway. I was sad to see the "pride" t-shirt on the person taking our order so I'm not sure that I will return.

I had a great experience and wanted to share. I ordered pickup, but really didn’t want to come in because I wasn’t feeling well. I called when I arrived and explained that I wasn’t feeling well, and could they bring it out. Lace was very helpful and very sweet and made sure my order was perfect and came out quickly. And it was delicious! Thanks Lace for going over and above to give me a very positive experience!

The green goddess salad is delicious and nutritious. I highly recommend this location and would return. Sometimes panera can run out of ingredients but this is because of supply shortages or recalls... Definitely consider that. Panera is trackable while dieting (calories , macros, etc ). Enjoy.

I don't write many reviews but this experience was one I wanted to share. I have eaten at various Panera Breads for years and generally find the food very good. I was visiting the Huntersville area so decided on their local Panera for lunch. The staff was very friendly and competent, which was very nice, and the salad I received was large, fresh, exactly the way I ordered it and absolutely delicious!

Delicious food offerings. Friendly staff. Excellent baked goods including bagels.

Just ordered pick up and got home to a few mistakes on the order. I was frustrated and called to speak with the manager. He listened to my issues and quickly responded. Rather than losing a customer he just gained my loyalty. I realize that is a tough business and he corrected the situation. I’m impressed.

Incredible service with a super-friendly atmosphere. I ordered a coffee during a very busy time and it didn’t have the extra espresso shots I added in the order. As soon as I told them this, they let me keep that coffee and made a perfect new one that matched what I ordered, AND added a free cinnamon bun with it. The food was fresh and delicious too. I left a very satisfied customer.

Five stars only because of how lovely and thoughtful the new manager Jordan was with dealing with my order. I had ordered my favorite soup and a cookie and had asked for it to go, it was taking a little longer than I had hoped for so when I asked the manager she very politely apologized and even offered my money back for my wait time. I declined, but I was very impressed that she then went back on the line and personally made my order and got it out to me quickly. The amount of care and personal attention that I received from management made waiting a little longer not terrible, and I really appreciate the feeling of responsibility this one manager showed to make sure that I was taken care of, and even the guests that were waiting behind me who where getting upset about their own wait time.

Took a group of people here and the service and food were great. Parking was a buggar but once in we ordered we received our meals pretty quickly. No complaints from anyone.

The food was so good! I ordered an Asiago breakfast sandwich and customer service was great! We walked out with a loaf of bread to take home and my son was so happy 😄
