Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.

I visited the location on Northwestern Highway. Customer service was great. This store did not have the sizes I needed, but the manager called around and located the items I wanted. I was able to purchase from another location because of his efforts. I will return to that location for my shopping needs! Thanks again!

Great experience. Rick and Blair had all the answers to my questions over the phone. Upon arriving to the store to pick up my Tigers jacket Blair and Kira were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the products. They made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. Fast checkout, NO long waits, very clean store & the layout to find things were perfect. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Came in the other day to pick up a pair of shoes. It was my first time in the store. I talked with the girl at the front desk a bit about when they changed over to snipes and how long the store had been open. She was very kind and had no issues answering my barrage of questions. She grabbed my shoes and went back to look for a pair of shoes I saw for my daughter as well. Customer service was great and I will definitely head back to the Snipes West Bloomfield store again.

Called up here for timberlands, the sales person told me that they only had one pair in my size, once I got their the sale person set them aside. Greatest customer service
