I was looking for something minor: a quality ink pen. I did not realize that there was such a pen as the TUL7 until I was "schooled" by Benjamin. The ink cannot be lifted off of your check once written with TUL7. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Will return to get a stack of these pens.

Every time I need office supplies I head to Office Depot first because they always have the supplies I need. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional.

Davcon was very professional and helpful. A very resourceful sales preventative for there establishment. Took the necessary time to accommodate my shopping needs. I love this Office depot branch.

The store is very clean. When someone was called to assist, they came immediately. Hardly no wait time. The staff was very helpful.

I have shopped at Office Depot for several years. They never fail me. The sales people are friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When you enter the store you are greeted as a valued customer or friend. If you need to return an item, that process is very easy. If the item is out of stock they will order it for you and have it shipped to your home. What could be better? I will continue to shop there.

Printing services were fast and professionally done. I added cutting services after the fact, and the employee was very nice about it and got it completed quickly for me. This saved me so much time and energy, and as a small business owner, that is very important to me. Will definitely use these services again!

I called the store to check inventory before traveling to the store. The associate was very helpful during the call. When I arrived the store the great customer service continued. It is such a pleasure in this day and age to have access to good supplies and great customer service.

My shopping experience at this Office Depot on July 13, 2022 was very pleasant. I had interacted with multiple staff: the cashier, print and copy desk as well as the tech area. They were all professional, welcoming and helpful. Answered all my questions and even help me make the best decision for what I needed on this day. Thank You!

It's your average store with average office products. I'd go to any random store or brand of store normally for office products, what's the difference, right? HOWEVER, this particular Office Depot is heads and shoulders above the rest in terms of the one thing they have control over. Customer service. I bought a desk for a great price, and took it home to assemble. 50% of the way through gluing and locking and screwing I found a broken part.

I called them up just as they were closing but they answered and said there was no reason to work with the manufacturer, they had an extra desk and I could bring in the broken part and they'd give me a good one from the extra desk box they had. In addition they said since they were limited on how many were left they'd leave a message with the morning shift to make sure to reserve one for me.

You know you can't always trust such things so I showed up soon after they opened ready to re-explain everything. Instead as soon as I walked in with my desk board the woman in front said "You must be Doug, we had a message about your problem, let me go grab the part we reserved for you".

They made it hassle free and I WILL remember this next time I think of going to a 'random office store'. This one is worth going to. The staff makes it..

Had grad cards printed in a few hours!! Amazing experience in copy & print shop! The gal was so helpful and quick!! I will be back and will definitely tell friends!!!

I can't shower enough praise about the print shop and counter staff at the 14 Mile and Orchard Lake "Office Depot". The staff is knowledgeable, patient and they're willing to help a customer. Recently I bought a print job to them that was not in a file format or on a flash drive. They suggested a print store because I needed someone to design it. On another occasion I needed a poster printed and I had not copied it correctly to my flash drive. They assisted me with emailing the media to them so they could complete my job. It's like I said, the staff is knowledgeable, patient and willing to help a customer.
