Totally impressed. We have not been to a mall or JcPenny in years. We were pleasantly surprised with the selections and quality. We did all of our vacation clothing purchases in 1 spot.

The store was very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff members were also very friendly and helpful, offering assistance without being pushy or overbearing. I was impressed with the variety of products available, from clothing to home goods to beauty products. The clothing selection was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of styles and sizes available. I appreciated the fact that the store had options for both men and women, as well as a selection of plus-size clothing. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products.

Went there looking for a black dress belt

Fantastic - needed to hop in very quickly to geab an item and Letitia quickly pointed me to where the item might be. Found it and she ushered me to the register to check out.

I needed new Levi’s after weight loss. Found the style I wanted on their site on sale! I decided to visit the store to get my hands on them immediately. Then my wife started looking at dresses and she scored a couple of great holiday party dresses. A productive visit.

Great deal on Levi's and lots of clearance racks to pick through. A good experience! 😷

Great store, well organized, helpful staff. Good place to shop for jewelry especially if you have a penny's card. Lots of sales and specials.

Wow! Lots of stuffs! Christmas shopping for the family, relatives and friends for the season. Love this place and its reasonable prices. Easy parking and convenient location here at FSK Mall. A historic place in Maryland.

They have all the sparkle and shine and the cells are going on I wish I had more money to shop last year I was just passing through to go to pick up watches that I had size and the purses designer I mean that's the place to go I would so recommend it I didn't take no pictures

I must say Tisha's customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. From beginning to end she was apologetic for the wait in line to looking up an item online that I couldn't find in store. It's nothing like GREAT customer service in 2022! Well done Tisha!

I called the JCPenney hair salon at the FSK Mall about a hair product that was on sale. I spoke with Ashley who very patient and understanding with my questions about this particular product. What is great about the salon is that if you try a product, they offer a guarantee! If you use the product for a few times and you are not happy with it, you can return it and use it towards something else in their salon. They have great sales and prices at this salon! It's a win-win if you're trying something new and it's a great price!

I don't know how they stay in business! Every time I go I find incredible deals. I paid $20 for a sport coat listed at $250!

I bought my whole work wardrobe for less than $100. I mean they have the best prices hands down. Being a big and tall man, they also have good selection of clothes for my size. I always start my search at JC Penney. Love this store.

Who doesn’t love a good bargain!

I am only rating this due to the hair salon and my stylist Michelle. And if I have a hard time getting in with her. I will take this down. She is the only one I know that does a perfect razor cut.

I can always find something at Penneys. I also frequent the salon, Missie is great!

Vicky from Frederick location was kind to everyone, co-workers and customer.

Recently went and got a new hair cut with Vicky! She was a little quiet, but did a fabulous job. I will for sure be going back. As for shopping, this is one of the best Penney’s in my area!

Had to do a lot of returns that I didn’t want to do at the start of the pandemic. Salespeople were friendly and efficient. Finished my returns in about 10 minutes.
