Great value and really friendly staff. I was served by Caitlin, she was really helpful and friendly.

The pizza slice and curly fries I ordered tasted great. Both items were made to order and came out piping hot and fresh.

This is the best gas station in the city. Sheetz in general are great. Everything is clean, they have hot food, cold drinks, and they have the ethanol free gasoline that my truck likes. I got no complaints. Sheetz gets an A in my book. Yes, I have a book....

As a newer customer, I tried to order food through Rewards on my phone but it was confusing. Darin and Jake at the registers walked me through it, took me over to the kiosk and showed me how to use it, all the while being very patient and pleasant! Loved the experience and the quesadilla with Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce is YUMMY! Kudos to Darin and Jake - I will be back to get more stuff because of your kindness! :)

Excellent station. As for gas, they kicked off the opening with incredible pricing that drove down area prices to the lowest in Central Ohio! They continue to keep the prices competitive, even with Costco and Sam's, even more so with the rewards program. The online app is AWESOME. While the food menu can be a bit confusing to navigate (it's not intuitive when attempting to navigate back from an item), the ease of stopping at the pump and paying before I get out of the car is by far the best out there.

The employees are top notch, always polite and helpful. The food is actually good and well priced and the online and KIOSK ordering is an added benefit.

We also used delivery when the family was sick. It was a large order and wasn't missing a single thing, which, for me, is rare for delivery these days.

Love sheetz! Usually the best prices on gas by far. Their convenience store is top of the line with fresh made to order food and coffees. Their personal pan pizza takes me back to my elementary school days of eating pizza at lunch in the cafeteria and the joy that it brought me. Is it world's best pizza? No. But the trip down memory lane is a five star creation!

Bar none, the best gas station around. I’d like to briefly share my story of what happened today, another reminder of why I only use Sheetz for any gas station needs. Today, June 1, a little before noon I used the app to order chicken tenders. After a few minutes the staff working the food area realized I was waiting and checked on me. This led to me figuring out I had accidentally ordered and paid from the new grandview store through the app instead of the Hilliard store on cemetery rd. As I started to walk off frustrated, the team said don’t worry about it and took care of me, preparing my order in a couple of minutes. I didn’t ask. They just did the right thing and went way above and beyond. This is one of the many reasons why Sheetz is leagues above the rest. To the staff today, thank you. To the ownership/management, you’ve got a great crew and I’m beyond thankful. I will continue to exclusively use Sheetz, and continue to tell others how great you are. Have a great day!

Yall want to know what the hardest thing to find is working third shift? Somewhere open woth good food and service. I believe his name was braiden, most nice and helpful dude ever. Super friendsly and helped me find the drinks I was looking for and found them in the back for me. Give this man a raise. Also the rest of the workers and kitchen crew were super polite too.

Taryn was so sweet! I was only in for a few minutes and she treated me and the others in line so respectfully.

I have eaten here twice a day every day for a month and a half. They never get my order wrong. Down to the sauce in the bag and napkins. Delicious and better quality than most fast food. This place is an experience lol

Me and my friends are here about every day and they never fail to put a smile on our face and make us feel welcomed! The sheetz team is so kind and energetic especially Jerome and Monte (I believe his name is) they always take a minute to catch up with us and make sure we are doing okay! They set me and my friends up with reward cards so now we are racking up points and we all have made a game of it LOL! The food is good and out fast, their Café makes sure everything is done right and to the best, the bathrooms and tables are consistently clean! It really has become like a second home to me and my friends :)

PLEASE PATRONIZE THIS STORE! When Sheetz arrived (in the former location of Max & Erma's) they priced their gasoline at about 10% less than gasoline in the local area (and even less if you use the Sheetz app). As a result, all of the existing gas stations immediately west of the I-270 and Cemetery Road interchange had to also lower their gas prices. This would have never happened if Sheetz didn't open their doors.

In addition, Sheetz offers two FREE stations to inflate your car's tires, and plenty of gas pumps to minimize any wait time (even with their lower gasoline prices).

I am so happy that Sheetz has finally come to Columbus, and even better that there’s one in Hilliard! Very smart @sheetz ... you will get a lot of traffic at this location from travelers avoiding 71 and taking 270! 👍

Best prices in town. And the convenience store was clean with friendly staff. I’ll definitely be stopping in again. Be sure to download their app as well for some sweet perks.

I've been to Sheetz on the way to Huntington, WV /multiple/ times, and am /so/ glad we finally have one in Cbus! New favorite gas station.

Service is great! The staff is very kind & the made to order food is amazing & better than the rest of the sheetz. This will always be my favorite one, they never fail 😆

The hospitality manager (I think his name was Jeremy? I can’t quite remember) was so kind and helpful. Store was clean and I was amazed at the products available.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Their food is DELICIOUS, store is super clean, and staff are friendly. We love the deep fried Oreos!
