I needed some things printed for an event, and Raquita was SO helpful. She was kind enough to walk me through the process at the counter, and was so patient, even when though they were so busy. I truly appreciated her help and thoroughness. Everything turned out great and I got it in plenty of time. She deserves all the raises!!

Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've had since the pandemic. Stores used to care and most don't now. Chuck and his team were super helpful and got me what I needed in a timely manner.

I needed copies made of a genealogy book for 7 family members. When I got my order, all the photos were dark blobs. I was upset and spoke to the manager, Chuck. (Trueman Blvd, Hilliard, Oh.)

He asked me to bring my originals back. He personally made the copies and refunded half the price I originally paid.

This was a great lesson in customer service for all his staff. I am thrilled with the results. I am telling everyone I know what a great store (and manager) this is and how they keep their customers happy.
