Good Walgreens, good selection. I don't use the pharmacy, so no comment there. Staff has (almost) always been amazing. Unfortunately I don't think Walgreens' coupons work. I've tried multiple times with manufacturer's coupons, paper coupons, in-app coupons, etc. Seems like a widespread internal problem. I've accepted that Walgreens coupons just don't work at this point and the staff seem just as annoyed about it as the customers haha.

This pharmacy is doing the best that it can under the circumstances. The issue is not the pharmacist (who is wonderful) nor any of the techs. But when you don’t require people to schedule appointments for shots, and the only person who can give the shots is the pharmacist, you set them up for failure. The manager, Jason Robey Baur, needs to hire more qualified staff to accommodate the needs of this pharmacy. I worked at a Walgreens for 5 years, and my manager would have never let his pharmacists nor employees suffer in this way. I just left after picking up a prescription and there were 10 people waiting for a vaccine, and one pharmacist with one SFL working. The absurdity of that statement alone should be enough to motivate the district manager to respond to this crisis. Shameful.

This is by far the best Walgreens pharmacy I had ever been too. I’m new to Alston and I’ve never met kinder, patient and helpful pharmacists in my life. Everyone is wonderful but Dan stands out and the way helps and takes care of other customers and myself does not go unnoticed. If you have a local Walgreens headquarters with a training program or any other type of customer assistance training DAN is your hidden jewel, I’m telling ya. Thank you 🙏🏻

Great customer service and photos from Dennis who is Assistant Manager at this Walgreens. Came in for passport photos with my daughter that we needed in a hurry. Dennis helped us out right away. He took great photos and new exactly how to get them done correctly. Lots of places advertise that they do passport photos but it's hard to find a store that actually does, and with someone who knows how. Dennis was friendly and knew what he was doing. Great experience - thank you!!

Was helped tremendously over the phone by the pharmacist Jhanvi, who gave great advice on how to proceed with seeking healthcare. When I came into the store, I also noticed that she came back early from her lunch break to accommodate a customer who was busy to get back to work. Great customer service and knowledge at this location. Thank you!

The pharmacist here has a direct and matter-of fact manner, which I respect. She's also far more knowledgeable and helpful than most. I drive past several pharmacies to get to this one.

Received a flu shot here, and the Pharmacist, Patricia, was extremely courteous and professional in explaining information. Other staff in the store were very helpful as well.

Never really had any bad experiences here other than getting my photo taken for a passport.

Cashier made my transaction easy, was polite, and efficient.

I appreciate that it has parking and it's in Boston. Friendly people here too. 😀
