Ali and the cashier (didn't catch name) were amazingly helpful. I bought a new office chair and they got me a discount on the office mat and even help dolly the large box to my car. Excellent service!!

Selection and customer service. I love an old fashioned brick and mortar with real people who can assist you in finding what you need. Convenient and easy.

I do printing here for my classroom posters and student projects. I also get my holiday cards here as well. The staff is very efficient and works hard to make sure the printing is just right.

Always has what I'm looking for, and staff are knowledgeable on ADA service animal rules versus allowing pets in the store.

As a disabled person myself, the trend of fake service animals has gone too far and I'm happy to support a store that actually takes the time to learn the questions to ask and supports service animals.

They seem to have better quality moving boxes than Walmart. Only $2 if buy more than 5 (sz 16x16x16). Parking is limited. Nice staff.

I needed a very specific item that I was having trouble finding anywhere else. They had it in stock and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

While checking out my purchases, you were friendly and acknowledged each customer who came in through the door. I noticed how you put a smile on each of those people's face. Also, you really didn't have to help me load my cart full of school supplies into my car which was parked so far away, but you did and you were willing to share your aspirations with me while picking up those heavy boxes. Thank you for giving me the extra minutes before you head off to your second job. You have great customer service, and you are an amazing young man.

Needed some supplies for a very old printer. They are one of the few places left that still carry the exact ink cartridges that I need! Asked about returning my empty cartridges and the clerk was very helpful and pointed out that Staples has a 10% off program when you bring in old one. Great helps the environment and I can save some coin...it's a win win!

EXCELLENT customer service. I went in to purchase an office chair.......the cashier at the front told me they had some on sale. I tried all of those and then wandered back to the others. Found one I liked and talked to Rick. He was kind and helpful and even loaded the chair into my car for me. I'll be back! (he he he)

This is a good store with good selection and stays well stocked most of the time. The employees are competent and very helpful with most technology related purchases and problems. There is a large copy center and plenty of check out stands. Parking is very difficult here during lunch and dinner times so avoid those times if possible.

My fiancé and I went to Staples today in hopes of being assisted with our wedding invitations that I drafted the other night. We met an employee by the name of Stephen, who was running the printing department. From beginning to end, Stephen was an outstanding employee. He was knowledgeable with both the products and services that Staples offers. His customer service was an A+ as well. He went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be any more excited for when we have our invitations completed. Thank you Stephen for being great at what you do!

Best run Staples I've been to. Management was superb, even worked with me on an item I really wanted but was damaged. If come here even more so than the one closer to me just for the service alone 👍🏼

I am giving Staples Kearny Mesa, CA" FIVE BIG BRIGHT STARS" because of the service rendered by Mario Armenta who helped this "golden", immigrant, student and substi. employee in school district with my computer problems. He diligently listened and answered my questions while trouble shooting/installing the office 365 university subscription,etc in the said computer. The help became possible because of Mr. Kevin, the manager of the store. Thank you very much.

Great location from freeways and job site. Very good selection of everyday office supplies not carried by Office Depot. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff.
