5 stars. It's. That Balboa store is as good as a neighborhood 7-Eleven can get. I love the gas being a whole dollar less than Chevron & Shell. This is a big store w a lot of rotisserie foods in the middle of the store. You don't have to bug the cashier's to get food for you. You can get it up yourself. 7-Eleven Rewards is great. 7-Eleven turned a 180 and is the neighborhood value and grocery stores are more expensive now. Notice that?

I miss my job at this 7/11 .This 7/11 will never be the same without us girls there. We always made this store worth coming to. The owner is the best I hope these reviews will change.

One of the most cleaniest stores I have ever been to all staff is amazing. Friendly and family vibe kind of store. Always puts the customer 1st and the employees our very respectful and courteous. This 7-eleven is my go to every morning for coffee. The staff is always friendly and welcoming with excellent customer service. It’s always super clean every time I walk in there. During this COVID pandemic, I have witnessed the staff taking Extra precautions that Go above and beyond to keep the place clean. Also they supplies gloves at the coffee bar and fountain drink Area for customers to use - a huge plus for me!

Just want to say every morning i come into this store im greeted by the saff Lacy and Amanda. They always know how to put a smile on the customers faces. Very helpful and caring about there customers as well as there jobs. Store is very clean. Happy to have these girls back.

ive been going to 711's since forever . but this 711 is always clean and in tip top shape ! i love how polite the clerks are !!! id give it 6 stars but it only goes till 5 (:

Probably the best 7-11 in San Diego. They offer a lot of choices and new snacks/drinks that aren't usually in normal stores.

Wonderful, clean,organized 7-Eleven. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish more 7-Elevens were this nice.

The guy with the amazing brows have the best 7/11 customer service I have experience from an employee I noticed he was nice to everyone 👌🏼

They have the best gas prices around without being Arco quality.
