Was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff here! I wanted to leave a review to thank one of the staff members (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) who was so kind to show us a bunch of different scents - she had blonde hair and a lip piercing and was very funny and down to earth.

I was in town visiting my mom who had a freebie and we were able to smell a variety of different ones - the first one she showed me was perfect but definitely not one I would've gravitated towards without her suggestion!

The staff at the register were so friendly as well - thanks for making it a fun trip!

The NICEST, most friendly, helpful staff. I placed an online order with the wrong store, an employee overheard and immediately offered to fill it there, saving me a drive. On a busy sale day, too. Store is always clean and well organized.

Justine and Diane were wonderful had a few issues with the online store and they helped me through the entire process to get my order fixed. I’m so grateful I got to work with such wonderful people through the problems.

Always a great place to go to get that special person something. Staff here are always friendly. Very easy to spend a lot of money.

The story is always neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Love the coupons! Lots of fragrances, my favorite is Palo Santo but good luck finding any body care products.

Came in with a list of $600 worth of candles to purchase for a company, employees were extremely helpful, and janelle was more than happy to walk me through the store and show me where things were, it's nice to see retail employees that are genuinely happy to help their customers, keep doing a great job!

Went in to see if they had the perfume, I like, and after taking the old bottle in, they realized it was a really old bottle, but great news for me.they do still carry that kind. YAY FOR ME

We visited this store on Black Friday, and found both the store and staff is great spirits. Allie at the checkout counter was very patient with us as we navigated our coupons for our purchase. Of all the B&BW stores in the NW suburbs, this one is worth the trip.

I am always greeted with smiling faces when I come to this store. The Crystal Lake location is always my first choice. I was able to find some cute Easter goodies today.

The best location around. So grateful it’s so close to where I live. I buy product here monthly. Great staff here, and always a sale going on. So much variety of scents and products. The best candles there are, they smell stronger and burn longer than even Yankee!

I was just there an hour ago... and let me start by saying, OMG the ladies that helped me at this store are so extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I was in there to get 15 gifts for an upcoming project (I wish I had gotten everyone's names, but I'm sure I'll be going back soon, so will be sure to get the names then). The girls gave me ideas on what I could gift to the team, and even took the time out to wrap every item individually; saved me SO much time.

Thank you SO, SO, SO MUCH, for such an awesome experience.

The shop advisor was outstanding. She helped find a scent that will complement body wash I have, but I don't have any spritz to use with it. Very friendly and took time to help Mr enroll in the rewards program. Love shopping at your stores.

Very helpful employees, clean and organized place. I found what I needed fast. I called ahead inquiring about a high demand candle holder pedestal and they had two. They were nice enough to hold one for me until i got there to purchase it. I love it! Thank you!!!

My daughter and I love this place place. She goes straight for the hand sanitizers and I peruse. Almost every time whoever is checking me out will take a look at my phone app and get me great savings and tell me what I can grab to save more and the savings can be huge!! I’ve been to other BBW’s but the people here are by FAR the kindest and most helpful.

I like the layout of the store. It is easy to tell what is on sale and what is not. The staff is helpful and not too clingy while you're browsing.

Always wonderful service . Go there often they actually know me by name.
