5 stars for kyle! we love our new rav4 hybrid and the sales experience with kyle was great. when things were taking too long, he let me leave (with the new car) while my husband finished up the paper work.
kyle was professional and i never felt taken advantage of over the price. the only negative experience was the delay in moving onto the financial side of the transaction. we agreed on a price and then had to wait 2+ hours to finalize things. which wasn’t kyle’s fault. but, once we got to finance, it was smooth sailing and we felt taken care of.

Ron in sales, manager Leonides, and finance manager Shane helped us find a car and made it work for our budget! Amazing experience, highly recommend this dealership, they work hard to keep you as a customer for life! Will be back for many future vehicles!

I believe that the people here at Toyota went above and beyond trying to help me buy this car. They were honest they were patient come in and talk with these guys. Just bought a used car from Toyota of Fox Lake a few days ago. Kyle and Alex were awesome. I was anxious about making such a big purchase and they both took the time to answer all my questions. I also was super anxious that there would be something wrong with the car. They assured me that it was looked over from top to bottom. I brought it to my mechanic the next day and everything checked out. The car is in excellent condition. I’m so grateful for the positive experience.

Went with a good friend of mine to look at a used CX-5 that we ran across online. We were greeted very friendly by staff. Only had to wait for a few minutes before Jeff in sales assisted us with the vehicle along with Shane in finance. Jeff was very informative and a great guy to talk with. My friend ended up leaving with the car! The whole process went smoothly, and we shall return in the future.

Well it started with Javien when i called in for The initial information on the car he was Informative, able to answer all my questions set up an appointment for me as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the VIP sales manager Leo on the path with George . Seeing the car I know it was the one I wanted. Going over the numbers with George. Leo came in to close the deal was awesome. Can't think of enough. It was definitely worth the drive thank you.
