All my experiences with Ray Chevrolet have been five star. My sales consultant Geo is very knowledgeable,very personable and energetic. He makes the sales experience very easy. Cody was a great sales person. He answered all my many questions. I wanted a truck that was not in the Chicago area. They found it in Michigan and brought it back to their dealership. Neither to say I bought the truck. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in.

My Traverse remote keys would no longer work. Had brand new batteries in each one. No joy. Went to Ray Chevy in a bad mood. TJ the service tech was very patient and understanding. About 30 minutes later, he came and got me. Said the new batteries in the remotes were in upside down. Thanked me for coming in. Appreciated his patience. Yes, I'm getting old... it's not for sissies.

I stopped here for oil change and to take a test drive of the Chevy traverse that we saw online. Overall experience was positive and everyone I met was friendly. They did a free inspection and offered free tire rotation. Parts department was very friendly too and allowed me to buy parts at online prices. Overall, this looks like an amazing place to buy/service your Chevy!

I purchased a used Chevrolet pickup truck from Ray Chevrolet. I live in Michigan and it’s about a 5 hour drive from my home to Ray Chevrolet. I purchased this vehicle from them because they had excellent prices and they sent me a detailed video of the vehicle showing everything so there were no surprises when I arrived. Cody Gonzales was my sales manager and he did an awesome job. Because of my long drive distance Cody had all the paperwork ready to speed up the purchasing process.
Unfortunately when I got home the truck developed a mechanical problem that was not covered under the warranty
But Ray Chevrolet stepped up and paid for the total repair cost out of their pocket. No cost to me. I was a $1200.00 repair. I thought that this was amazing customer service.

Can’t say enough about the great servicemen and front desk service department associate Amanda at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake. Even though they were very busy they took the time to determine our 10 year old car issue, order the necessary parts and complete the job. While waiting for a few days for the parts to arrive they even provided us with a much needed loaner car at no cost. Amanda kept us updated throughout the entire time. THANKS AGAIN. Don and Linda D.

Went to Ray Chevrolet to take advantage of the vehicle tire sale. After receiving my quote, I checked out 5 other companies looking for a better price or to at least get competitive prices. When it was all said and done, Ray Chevrolet had the best price. Louis was my main contact me and was extremely helpful in helping me get my new tires and wheel alignment. In addition, because of the tire purchase, I received a FREE oil change. Outstanding work as always. Friendly and polite employees throughout the process.

Amazing, seamless, painless and fabulous first experience at Ray Chevrolet!

Stopped in on a whim Friday evening just to get a feel for what is out there. Drove home a few hours later as a proud and happy new owner of a VW Tiguan! (Which ironically was the car I wanted in the back of my mind and they just happened to have one! Fate?)

I can’t express enough how great everyone was and how perfectly everything unfolded. Major kudos to Pete Becker for his assistance. Definitely not your usual expectation of a “sales guy”. Personable, funny, down to earth and honestly, was the deciding factor in me making the purchase. He didn’t make me feel pressured and made sure I was truly happy with everything before sealing the deal. He was also super kind to my daughter that was with and made her feel like she was included in the experience. Pete is great at what he does and I personally and highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy your next vehicle.
