Wanted to say thank you to the Deli dept for putting together a last minute party platter of deli meat sliders for me today… they were a big hit at my son’s bday party today - thanks!

The deli opens at 7am, but the store is open 24 hours and the solo early morning checkout lady is super nice too and also bilingual… anyway, thanks again!

Whenever grocery stores are added to our town we are all curious and go to them but I always find my way back to the Jewel just a really good store!

I used WIC to make a purchase of baby foods. I still owed a small amount (everything should have been covered by WIC benefits). Tom F. Was called to assist and he was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate him. THANK YOU TOM!!!!!

The store is very clean, very well stocked as always, fresh fruit and vegetables and the cashier very friendly. This store is open 24 hours a day so it is very convenient due to the pandemic, you can go at a time when there are not many people. The prices are not very accessible but they are not exaggeratedly expensive either. The only thing that I would love is that they had sanitazer gel for the hands in the cash registers so that after paying the clients could feel more comfortable. recommendations; Bring your mask because they require it to enter. Observation; Maybe because I went to the store very early but it seems that at certain times of the day it is not mandatory to wear masks to employees, because I saw 80% of them without masks, for the safety and tranquility of their employees and customers they should require the mask all the time. it's just a very personal observation.

Love the deli man that works there! Super friendly service and always nice to greet a customer with a smile. I feel bad I don't know his needs, a young 25 to 3 blond. All the Staff is nice but he is always super polite and today you don't see it that often.

I've been coming to this Jewel for close to 5 years. Staff are always kind and helpful, especially over in Pharmacy, the store is clean and seems well stocked every time I've been in. I've never really had any issues that I can honestly recall in all these years that I've been coming here as a customer.

There are plenty of Jewel Osco stores in my area, but this one is the best! Largest square footage of its stores and has the 24-hour pharmacy to complement it.

I needed ice for a party, and wasn't sure where to get it, but Jewel had it. The store is nice, a bit dated, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well lit. There wasn't a long line at checkout. It's located on the 1st floor, and handicapped parking and entryways are provided. Easy to see from the road.

I really like this store.

I believe it’s a five star grocery store. It looks nice. It’s always clean.

I also want to commend you for doing a better job on your caramel apples this year. Last year I complain several times about them being completely rotten. And you guys didn’t change it last year but this year it was better. You realize that they didn’t last until their expiration date when they’re not refrigerated and, thanks for that because I live on caramel apples this time of year!

There’s one young register guy who is such a rude guy though! He always ignores me completely, while he talks to his friends and if I do say something, he kind of glared at me like I shouldn’t try to, but it on his conversation. I always avoid his lane.

I also wish you had a better selection of fresh premade healthy dinners! The grocery store that my ex-husband uses in Texas has so many excellent choices, and they change them up. Your fresh Premade dinners are just meat, or just vegetables. And it’s always the same too. That grocery store in Texas, they have about seven choices every day and they change. It consists of a little made a little vegetables a little something else maybe. They are no more than 600 cal and you can find some for less than 400 cal which are always posted. Sometimes I can’t even find calories are cooking instructions on your fresh Premade dinners.

But I still consider your store to be a five star grocery store.

Had what we needed with lots of selection, even on the day before Thanksgiving!

2021- cheep chicken mondays are our favorite over in the deli. The chicken is SO good! The bakery has excellent cakes and cupcakes. We order our party needs from them almost monthly!

2019-Went in to talk with Linda in the floral department about my wedding flowers and we figured it all out. It was so casual, easy to understand and she listened to my ideas. I didnt feel pressured at all. Her ideas were wonderful as well! I can not wait to pick them up in June 2019 and see them!!!

Our wedding flowers were just beautiful! She took our talk and put in into beautiful pieces!!

I go for every floral need and some grocery deals as well. Great place.

Better helping for daily requirements of house item just like daily routine

Always clean in an employee is always around to help you find something if you can't find it. The cashier clay was really nice

Awesome Jewel. Great selection of super fresh produce. Their pre-cut packed veggies are super convenient. Their quick grab snack area was well stocked with salsas, deviled eggs, and other favorites. Their liquor section is big and has a lot to choose from. Always impressed by the kind staff, as well.

Love shopping at Jewel because of the prices or deals they have. But now the Woodstock Jewel charges for bags again because of the village. So now we have to pay $0.10 for each bag we use. I bring my own bags when I go to Jewel there from now on.
