Great sale on raspberries!! I had too much fun in the deli section today. Always fun to treat myself. I am going to try the Korean BBQ salmon and the Nashville chicken macaroni. Should be a little spicy and delicious!!

Shout out to the employees who delivered my groceries. I don’t use this service because I’m insanely picky about my produce and have had too many expedited and bruised products from other places in the past. I gave Mariano’s a shot because I have been overwhelmed and needed to ease whatever I could. Everything I ordered came to me as though I had picked it out myself. I was beyond relieved and grateful! Thank you! It might seem small, but it made a big difference in my week.

Great service and selection of items! Love how they have live piano music and bar. Pizza, sushi and gellato. Love the seating area to enjoy a bite to eat or sip on your favorite coffee. John and Robert in grocery are fantastic. They both go out of their way to help.

Wow! WiFi, star bucks, a work station, fresh meat, smoothies, food samples, great floral, and all the food essentials. Click list makes it convenient to shop on line, Pick up and go.
Prices are comparable to others in area.
Great selection. Gasoline and diesel here too.
Mariano’s has done a wonderful job here in Crystal Lake.

Ashley in the Deli department provided GREAT customer service. She was patient, helpful and went out of her way to make this a very successful visit for me.

Wonderful deli section with lots of grab and go options. Grocery store also has a really nice Starbucks with chairs and tables to enjoy food and beverages!

Amazing food! Soo good. I had the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. It had cucumbers and avocado's on it. 😍 My son had their Spaghetti with meatballs and he said it was really good too! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10. 🌟

Beautiful store. Alot to choose from, and the prices surprisingly aren't much different than Jewel.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel the need to leave a review for the young lady who works as a cashier. A few weeks ago, I came into the store for the first time. KK was extremely helpful, respectful, very understanding, and went above and beyond to provide me excellent service. She made my first experience shopping here a memorable one. I will definitely be returning!!

Nice little market with lots of fresh produce and a large wine and beer selection. Small bakery and floral departments and great selection of frozen goods available. Friendly staff and cashiers who keep their lines moving at a respectable pace. I love this place because of the people who work there. First time I went, a sweet gal helped me look for something in the personal care aisle- very helpful and accommodating. In the same trip, the gal who checked me out was friendly and fast. Second trip, young man who rang up my stuff was friendly and positive and fast. I appreciate the positive attitudes and quickness of the employees and it's a good experience.

1st time here. Whole Foods meets Costco! Prices lower than Whole Foods But terrific selection and lots of organics, artisan items, deli is fantastic and staff were very helpful. Fruit tray a terrific deal... It was recommended by a friend.

I love shopping at Mariano's. The store is clean, well lit and laid out. Amazing selections of everything. Very broad wine and beer selection.. Parking is pretty good and rewards program generous.

The cashier's and person who bagged my groceries were very pleasant. The store was clean, and the gas station associate came off as being in a bad mood. But I did have him smiling when I left. Bob changed his mood, thankfully.

I always love coming to this location. They keep everything stocked and clean. I usually go during the day for work. I have no problem checking out quickly.

Mariano's definitely has the selection of everything. I will say though that they should hand out a road map with the shopping carts. I can't see them having an older clientele simply because of the confusion in making their way through the maze. The store is built.. It is too late to change it at this point. They receive a 5 star because they truly do have everything. The employees are extremely helpful and nice.

A great store with a large selection of food items, Fresh Fruits & Vegetables. It has very nice bakery items. It is super clean and safe. Has a number of self checkout lanes. Prices are good and they have a rewards program. Starbucks is located inside and they have a cafe seating area to eat your lunch or coffee next to a hot & cold buffet area.

John the GM at the Crystal Lake Mariano’s is TOP-NOCH!!! There was a small mishap with the quality of one of the products I purchased at the store and it might have seemed like a small problem but it could’ve ruined my dinner (and my toddlers meal for days). He promptly took care of the problem and saved my day!! Thanks John for dropping everything to stand behind your products!

Mariano's is one of the best grocery stores around. The produce is fresh and clean. The bakery, deli and meat department won't disappoint. This is a A+++++ on my list!
