Kroger Marketplace

This place is HUGE! We just moved here from Texas and although there are huge Kroger stores, they are not frequent. Nor do they have a whole clothing section. I didn't explore the entire store but I did find what I was looking for. The two employees I interacted with were extremely helpful, personable and friendly!! I was super happy to find some vegan nuggets at an amazing price as well as some vegan ice cream bars on clearance! LUCKY ME!

This place is convenient, clean and well staffed. The produce area was nice and big, too!

Scan and Go is a game changer. I really hate shopping and using this service has helped me get what I need in under 10 minutes. It's been a lifesaver when my time is short. I scan my items as I go then at the self checkout I scan that and just pay. It's soooo convenient and I'm not being paid to say this. I will actually drive out of my way to go to this Kroger to use this service. Also, they have many of the Asian and Latin foods I use.

I absolutely love shopping at this Kroger store. It's clean, well organized, usually well stocked and offers great clearance items periodically. However, there is another reason that I enjoy shopping here and that is the pleasant employees who work there. One in particular, Karen, in the deli/cheese area, is absolutely amazing! She is aways cheerful & extremely helpful, greeting me with a smile and asking if she can help me find anything. It's not usual for me to purchase more than I intended to, as she points out special deals that I may not have noticed. She certainly sets the bar high for excellent customer service. I hope that the store manager reads these reviews & knows how lucky they are to have someone of this caliber representing Kroger.

We live ~20 minutes away, but this is the best Kroger in southern Oakland County. It has the best selection and is rarely stocked out, and the additional marketplace selections are fun to explore, especially when on sale or clearance. The only complaint is that they often, like many other places, are a little understaffed with not enough check outs open. It's especially frustrating when they close the self check outs (which can serve 6+ guests) but have multiple standard check lanes (which can only serve one person at a time) open. Otherwise, this is our go-to grocery store.

I live in Midtown Detroit and frequent a lot of suburban grocery stores in the tri county area while out and about. When I walked into Kroger and saw the number of shoppers here I had to meditate - it’s crazy packed. Figured I’d be in line for a half hour or more like every other grocery run I make. However, the store was adequately staffed at checkout with baggers and I haven’t had this efficient/convenient of a checkout experience in probably 4+ years. Never thought I’d be giving a 5 star review to a Kroger, but here we are.

Joshua was absolutely great. He knew where everything was and helped us every time.

Nicole was very patient with us at the register and Samya helped us by packing all our groceries with a smile. We got lots of stuff and they were so helpful.

I really appreciate this Kroger location! One of their employees, Denise, went out of her way to assist me in finding an item that I was trying to locate. She was extremely helpful and pleasant! Exceptional customer service is such a rarity these days, so I really appreciate it when associates go out of their way to help! Thanks Kroger!

I know why I love this Kroger location, their low prices, food variety and quality compared to other near by grocers, but I'm not sure why my fat cat loves to play with their grocery bags 🙉 lol 🤣🤣

This store usually has everything I need. Since it is a Marketplace version on a Kroger, they have an extended health and beauty section, housewares, clothing and more. Usually has at least 2 registers open, plus several self-scan stations.

Lots of carts and generally do a good job of keeping the shelves restocked.

This is by far my favorite store it's clean and friendly employees I don't even mind the long lines

The store is huge and also very clean. The people that work there are all very friendly this is now my new favorite Kroger. I received a free goodie bag with hand sanitizer and candy inside upon checking out. I'm definitely coming back and I recommend it to everyone.

Much better than the ghetto Kroger in Hazel Park. Lived across the street from the HP Kroger but did my shopping at the 12 mile and Stephenson location.

Love shopping at Kroger especially doing the Kroger Pickup.
But why is there a day delay from ordering to picking up?
Target doesn't have a day delay, nor does Home Depot.
However they don't have enough people at the checkouts usually there's only one line with a clerk so the line for self checkout is massively long.
Doesn't seem to matter what time of day.

The store is always organized and clean. I've never had an issue finding someone if I needed help. Recently went and bought fresh lunch meat from the Deli. This young woman name Marilyn (who works in Deli) was such a delight! An amazing personality and definitely had customers laughing and giggling. She made the trip that much better! If you ever get the chance to run into her, she is a WONDERFUL BRIGHT ball of SUNSHINE in your day!
