Waterford Mitsubishi

I recently started my first car loan with this dealership. I am new to car ownership and have only owned one car previously so I was feeling a little uncertain at first. My salesman Joe, helped me find a car within my price range and explained to me everything I needed to know. He said he was new but he made the process very smooth along with some assistance from John and the manager Jared. All of them were very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, five stars all the way!

Since it was my first time financing a car, I was extremely nervous, but after talking and discussing things with Derek I felt so much better! He was so personable, kind and patient with me, and answered any and all questions I had. 100% recommend not only the dealership but working with Derek too! Everyone was amazing! Thank you again!!

I received the highest level of professionalism and politeness from the moment I arrived on the property. York, a relatively new salesperson, won me over right away with his expertise, kindness, and sincere desire to assist me in finding the ideal vehicle.

The service and parts department of this dealership is amazing. The guys were so helpful getting my key fob and physical key working in a short amount of time. They were also really patient and kind on the phone when I was laying out my situation. I would definitely recommend these guys and the dealership to anyone!

Thier parts department is great. Very friendly and do a great job helping me find the parts I need for my older vehicles which can be hard to find anymore. The online ordering system is super convenient.

York was AMAZING!!!!! He spent literally all day with me and he was so personable and even gave me life advice! He made sure I was getting taken care of:) he even offered to go get me food because I was there all day and starving😂 He knew his stuff and was honest the whole time! Okay, let me tell you how much I appreciate the Mitsubishi Team in Waterford! You guys are freaking amazing!!! I went in thinking I wouldn’t get approved or even have the experience I did. First I have to start with York, I was worried about so many different things with coming in and he made me feel welcomed. Calming my nerves and anxiety down, he introduced me to Kean, whom is just as sweet as he wants to be. I went in looking at a different vehicle, yet Kean work some magic and got me into a 2021 Outlander Sport. I was shock at how smooth the process with but the whole sales team made me comfortable. They are now our family!

York greeted my wife and I at the door with a smile and offer us drinks before getting started. The process of the sale was awesome and walked us thru everything. We felt like family.
