Target

This is a nice Target, everything is usually well stocked and easy to find. It's a super target so you can easily do your full grocery shop and get household or clothing items etc all in one stop.

Two years ago I had a very stinging review of the Target in St. Charles. Well, I had a conversation with the manager and after understanding that because of COVID and shipping challenges, as well as a reset for the store, the manager was having many issues and they were not in his control! Since then the store has exceeded my expectations! Staff, the store and all the fine goodies in it are beyond what I expected. Target has become the department store of the future for the average consumer. I am very happy.

Fresh fruit and vegetables when you’re in a time crunch and need a late night restock. Self checkout is especially quick. There’s a Starbucks inside. Always a bonus.

I forgot to update, but they did a remodel in 2023 and finally got self checkout and re-arranged the store! It’s so much nicer now and I can actually check out!

24 checkout lanes, 3 in use and the one self checkout is not open. Why? Every other store nearby has 4-8 self checkouts!!

I love the St. Charles Target. It’s always clean and well organized and, even during its major remodel, staff are always available to help customers find where items are now located. Team members are great about opening new registers of check out lines become too long, and more often than not, items are restocked quickly so they have what you need.

I really like this Target because they offer fresh hot food like chicken tenders and mini corn dogs in the evening when I get off work. Also the bake-at-home pizza is inexpensive and tasty.

Always a good Target. Been coming here for years.

Cartier & the entire St. Charles team are always so genuinely kind, helpful and positive! The store is well stocked and clean which is hard to find sometimes these days. Also, when asked they are amazingly supportive to the community! Love that this is our local Target!

I recently stopped at this store because it was on my route to an appointment. I have never seen such a good group of employees! I was not only greeted by a few but asked how I was doing, could they help me find anything, etc. The employees really seem to enjoy their jobs. This is very rare and they should be very proud!

I've never been to a target with such a happy staff that interacts so incredibly well with one another outwardly that it gives the customer a nice easy happy feeling. Also it was such a blessing to see so many employees faces not covered up and also highly respecting different medical choices and different paths to health without being afraid of 1 another. I say this because I had a long in depth conversation with a team lead there.

I shop here weekly between in store and drive up and always have a good experience. Shopping via the app I often get discounts and love the convenience.

I love shopping at this Target. It’s so convenient and they have everything I need. My favorite way to shop when I’m short on time is using the order pickup option straight from my Target app. My items are brought right out to my car which is super helpful when I have all my kids and the dog along for the ride. The employees are always very friendly and helpful as well!

I do 95% of my families grocery shopping here. Prices are good, and with cartwheel and your target card you are guaranteed extra savings. Having everything under one roof is convenient too. Store is usually stocked and clean. Lot's of organic products as well.

There are two associates particularly who are always very helpful. Glenn and Emad at the Target in St.Charles, IL. They have always been very helpful and always have a smile on their face. They are a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate their help when I am there. Great employees deserve recognition.

Charli the cashier was superb. At first I did not see the sign that he was deaf and once I read it I was astounded by his professionalism and class while working and not being able to hear, especially while wearing masks and he can’t read mouths with the masks on. He deserves so much praise and respect!!! Thank you Charlie.

Is always a great feeling I get when I go shopping here. Employees are so helpful and greeting you when they see you. I get at least 10 greetings every time I shop here. Very clean and well organized. Employees go out of their way to help you!

I was traveling on business and decided to check out this Target and walk around....I now wish this was my local Target! Customer service at this store was excellent and there were a lot of clearance items! Every associate I walk past acknowledged me and asked how I was doing. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had in a store!!

I had a very good check out experience at my most resent visit to Target. The young man who was conducting the check out was fast, knowledgeable and addressed every detail. I was very impressed with his attention.
