AT&T Store

John the manager was amazing! He was very thorough with my account and knowledgeable. I walked out with a new upgraded phone and my bill was discontinued about 10% a month. Will definitely be back A+ customer service!!

Miranda helped me transfer my old phone from a different carrier to AT&T and the process was seamless. Miranda was professional, easy to communicate with and kind!

I went in for an upgrade transfer that, unfortunately because of ATT contracts was not possible. However, Jon, was able to find a work around to get me an upgrade for only a 10$ increase in my monthly bill for a couple months! All the while, Sami, another associate there was an amazing friend to my 16 month old son. All in all, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you ATT of St Charles on Main Street!!!

Stopped in today to purchase a new phone and had excellent help! Sami helped us decide between phones and choose a plan, and the customer service was great! Very efficient store with good workers

Just worked with the folks at ATT St Charles. Not easy for my elderly parents dealing with anything tech related and Sami was such a pro helping them and making the whole process such a pleasure. So grateful!🙏

Charles did a great job explaining all the details and also cleaned up our bill. He saved us $60/month. Worth the wait, time and effort to stop by. You should too!

This place was busy but found a way to help all of their customers. We got a great deal on an iPhone 13. The serve was great and the representative gave us a lot of helpful information.

With one individual covering the store I watched him provide help to 3 different customers including myself. Not an easy task given it was the holidays and was able to get me setup along with several others. Excellent work! Nice to see customer service at Phone stores still a priority.

In my 66 years on this planet and having had att in the past, went in to see about an upgrade. I have never been so impressed with an att location before. The employee, Charles, was so great! He handled everything and explained all perfectly. If you are in need, go to this location and work with Char;es. This was the best phone experience I have ever had!

Wow! Asmir from this St. Charles location helped me resolve an issue with a trade-in in 5 minutes. When I got to the store, I was beyond frustrated from my numerous calls and emails with ATT support and ATT trade-in department. I had ordered the phone online, but picked it up at another ATT store that didn't know what to do when I called them, and the phone support people kept sending me in circles. I decided to try a different store than the one I ordered it from, and I am so glad I stopped by this St. Charles location. Asmir listened to my story and knew exactly what needed to be done. I walked in with a huge headache, and walked out with a smile.

I had a major issue with my emails. I spoke to Austin and he walked me through the entire solution with patience and professionalism. He is a great asset to AT&T! A HUGE thank you goes out to Austin!!

The gentleman took care of my new phones as well as another family. He answered all questions and recommended some alternatives to better fit my family. He made swapping phones easy.

Cortez and his coworkers were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They were an asset to their business and to us as well. We will definitely return should we need assistance in the future knowing we will be well taken care of.

This store may be off the beaten path, however, it's worth taking a left at Chipotle. Store manager Charles is well versed on all products in store, even the new arrivals. I picked up the new Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G - new in store today. He took the time to walk me through a variety of options. Things I would have overlooked if he had not pointed them out.

Purchased an IPhone in Batavia but after all the downloads were complete we weren't able to make or receive calls. We went to St Charles and Charles helped us. Charles was efficient, friendly and helped us. Thank you
