Petco

The two grooming staff I dealt with at Petco were wonderful. They were kind and confident, and made me feel comfortable. They provided services for my 6 month old Doberman, and made his first time (Dremel nails and bath) a positive experience. I will return.

The workers were very friendly to the customers. They answered all our questions.

I love the staff and purchase all my supplies and family pets here ❤

My Vitamin tabs were in stock, easy to find, and a cashier was at the register to check me out!

I went there looking for fish food and some advice The employees at the store (Brady and two other girls, I apologize I can't remember their names) were very knowledgeable and helpful Best Petco I've ever been to Seriously they even help me calibrate the stuff I bought there at the store. Great place

Love this store! It's clean and orderly and fun! And Sheena is the absolute best! So helpful, as we're all the staff!

They have a lovely and adorable Kitty cat named peanut who needs a very loving home. She is a lover, she was homeless and was saved from being put down by a group called something with paws... Very lovable cat she just needs a home that is gonna give her lots of love and attention.

Went in last week for some rabbit supplies...

Andy was great to speak with; first time I've seen sincere dedication to the animals in any pet store. Place seems to have really come together! The right people are crucial.

Nice staff. Good selection

Petco has what I need and the prices are good. The store is always clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable asking for help or an opinion. Some other places I have been made to feel like I'm an idiot for for asking questions where I just needed a little more info about a product. Here (and other Petco locations) staff has shared photos and stories of their pets with me and love my dog when she comes in and they make you feel like part of the family or an old friend. I love going to Petco.

This is a typical Petco. The people that work here have all been really friendly and helpful. This is our go to place for pet food near St Charles. As on 6/18/2020 this place was a bit overwhelmed with shipments and they kind of have it a mess. We ordered something here online and they haven't yet unpacked it and don't know where it is. I was told they got three weeks shipment at one time for whatever reason. I didn't lower their rating for that because of all the circumstances going on in the world. A little crazy is okay. Good luck Petco!

So after all there is good people at this store the man who gave me my fish yesterday his name was Evan he was so nice I will come back he was a really respectful guy he should get a raise. All so the cashier she was a nice lady but I forgot her name she was really respectfully aswell

I go there all the time for pet supplies. Workers such as Mario and the manager and others I forget their names but they are all very kind people. Always polite. I've gotten plenty of ferrets and fish from there all very healthy and happy.

Service was outstanding here at the St. Charles location on the east side. Prices are higher than the big box stores, but the individualized service more than makes up for that. Especially if you have Pals Rewards. If you need help with something specific, ask for Sheena.

This is my absolute favorite Petco in the world. They are always helpful, answer my questions, make me feel comfortable with every decision I make regarding my cats', turtles' and fish health and safety.

Andy, that works in the aquatic area is great at it. Helped with questions and knew every answer. Was definitely helpful in finding all the right products. Last time I came here this older bigger guy was rude and didn’t know anything so I stopped coming but now I’ll be coming back.

Best Petco ever ! We have a dog, 2 cats, leopard gecko, and 5 Fish.
Eddy, Sheena and the bald dude are amazing they always happy to help and go above and beyond. We love our Petco. Also its much cleaner then the surrounding stores.

As for the people who want to verbally abuse these kids-
1) what ever u are trying to blame on these kids- it's ur fault period- stop trying to get something for nothing!
2) these people are here to best educate u on ur purchases- if the fish/bird/whatever - etc. dies- its most likely ur fault! Stop blaming ur mistakes and or ur kids mistakes on them!!
C) Been doing business w/petco for years-- no matter what age- no matter the problem- u hv no right to belittle the kids working!! Grow up, take responsibility for UR ACTIONS- and stop acting like it's everyone else fault but ur own- u buy any animal- it's in ur hands whether that animal thrives or not!!
Geez people! Grow up!!
