I love going to Von Maur. I've always had wonderful sales staff. Friendly and helpful. I've never felt rushed, or that I'm a bother when asking for different sizes. The young women working in the women's department today was the most pleasant I've ever had. Sure, maybe the prices are a little high, but it's worth it to be to be valued as a customer.

Best show selection in the area. Lucky to have a dept store. Always find something to love when we go.

Great customer service, great selection. I only wish that they would accept alterations that weren’t bought at the store. The have such great tailors and that is so hard to find. Sometimes you need something altered after years or a brand that von maur doesn’t carry. I would expect them to charge a fair price for this serv and I would gladly pay.

I was looking to get my fiancé some items for a men’s polo. One staff in men's section stood in her way to help me pick out a few items. It’s very rare nowadays to see an employee actually enjoy their job. Her energy was just radiant and I know for sure I will be back shopping with her because of the amazing taste she has and the ability to meet my budget requirements. She has mastered customer service. I will definitely shop again at Von Maur.

Loved the old school department store "feel" of the place, like the malls with department store anchors. Nostalgic, yet modern enough for a nice shopping experience.

Always a great experience to shop here. A classy example of the bygone era of a true department store shopping experience. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. A great store with high quality merchandise with an emphasis on creating a terrific shopping experience. I hope Van Maur stays at this location. Nothing like it in the area. Love going into the store! We stop in EVERY time we are over at Cooper's Hawk.

I love the way the customer is treated here. The staff is very helpful and seems genuinely happy to see you. The clothing and other merchandise is of high quality and the dresses are beautiful, without the worry you're going to see someone show up in the exact same outfit. I enjoy the make-up counter, and always find a great value for my husband in the mens clothing department. I enjoy shopping here very much and am glad we have it in this town.

Great quality items throughout the store

I have two locations to choose from and they're both fantastic. After the loss of Marshall Fields, Von Maur fits the traditional department store vibe: helpful, courteous salespeople, a bountiful shoe department, and a seemingly endless selection of things. If you're looking for it, mostly likely you'll find it here.

This is a lovely upscale department store. They carry many beautiful gift items, and I am impressed with their beautiful line of clothes, by upscale designers. The sales people are knowledgeable, and extremely friendly, which helps make the shopping experience very pleasant.

Floor and checkout employes happy, attentive and helpful.
